Overall a great refrigerator. We have had it for 2 years and the ice machine has broke 2x and now have to have to the fridge replaced because they no longer make them.

When we were looking for a new fridge, we were specifically looking for one with lots of space in the fridge and a water dispenser since our last one didn’t have one. The finger print proof stainless steel is also great and our fridge stays nice!

I love the refrigerator. BUT, I had to have a plumber come in to hitch up the water. As of right now, my crushed ice does not work well at ALL! I can't get my autofill pitcher to work either. I'm waiting for my son to look at it. It should all be done when it is delivered as part of the service and it is not. You have to pay for an additional set up to install everything including the handles! Thank gawd my son was there to do that for me. Otherwise, I would not even have handles, shelves or anything on my fridge. I did pay for it originally, but I thought that was to hitch up the water. The delivery guys told my son to cancel the installers as it would be a waste of money as my son was doing everything the installers would have done 2 days later.

Granted my previous fridge was awful. This is a wonderful fridge with great space. I love how deep the drawers are for fruits and veggies. Plus the front open space for drinks is fantastic! The freezer drawers are very easy to organize.

Excellent refrigerator, delivered on time, great installation experience. 110% satisfied from start to finish with bestbuy. Samsung, always had no problem with their products from TVs, Laptops, to printers.

Love this fridge. The water pitcher is SO convenient in the door. Fridge is very spacious. Love the shelf that pushes in as well as the one that flips up allowing tall items to be store on the shelf when needed. Very happy with our purchase!

Great buy so far. Reached its optional temp in less that 24 hours. Geek squad installed and took me through everything I needed to know about the refrigerator. Spacious and has lots of great features.

3 1/2 stars overall. PLUS:Looks great. Runs very quietly. Shelf placement options are very helpful. Negative: does dot hold the temperature once the doors are opened for more than a few minutes. The wide deli drawer seems like a good idea until you need to use it; you need both French drawers fully open whic let’s the cold air escape rapidly. ICE feature is really noisy and the cubes are cloudy. FREEZER: the large single freezer drawer is clunky to use. I preferred the two-drawer ( LG) configuration of my old freezer.* This was the floor model. If I had not saved ove $1,000, I would have scored it 3 stars.

I am very happy with my new Samsung refrigerator. I love the Black Stainless and fingerprint resistant feature is wonderful. Of course my Husband loves the separate door to get your drinks. We had it delivered and they disposed of our old refrigerator.

Our old fridge went out during Covid and wife really liked this one. It’s awesome. Has a water pitcher in the door that refills itself. Plenty of space. Great fridge.

Recently bought this refrigerator and I like it a lot. It has a lot of space for storage and quite running. You able to pairing your Samsung galaxy phone for temperature control and monitor it.

Great fridge at a great price! The automatic refill pitcher in the door is really nice. Plenty of space. The only complaint I have is that the ice dispenser is a little slow…but it’s not a dealbreaker.

This thing is great it has so much room. I can fit so much items in this my family home size is 8 so this worked perfectly. If your looking for a fridge with plenty of room this is it.

Great refrigerator. I enjoy the fact that it has a large ice making bin so great for large families like mine. The auto water fill jug in the door is also a great feature. The color is fantabulous.

Absolutely love this fridge so far! The guys that came to install it were super friendly and professional ! I bought this fridge almost exclusively for the water pitcher and it has not disappointed!

I love this refrigerator. It’s quiet, spacious and most Importantly looks amazing in our kitchen. The infused water jug is much appreciated and the display door is our favorite feature! Would buy it again.

There are so many different places to put your groceries! I enjoy the showcase door! It is good when you have school aged children getting something from there.

We fell in love with this refrigerator, but 18 months in after spending almost $3k it is PEELING! There is a flaw in the ice dispenser so water collects in the tray. The tray doesn't have anything to catch the water. On both sides of the ice dispenser the water has caused the black stainless film to peel off. They will not cover it, Best Buy says it's not their problem, Sam Sung will not cover it but sent us to a 3rd party who wants $140 to just come to our house, then we would pay $60 more in labor and parts. The only way to make this right again is to buy a new door and hope the iceman doesn't have the same problem. Samsung is aware of this as she offered to send me paint-like that wouldn't look tacky! As a professional business owner, I am so angry none of the parties take ownership in this flaw! I also believe Geek Squad insurance probably would not of covered this as well. We have a home insurance policy on our appliances and I'm not getting anywhere with them either.

Very nice refrigerator. No fingerprints is so nice. The lady who helped me at best buy was so helpful and very knowledgeable wish i remembered her name.

We have had this fridge for about two months. So far so good. We like the quick access door and the water pitcher that comes with it. It looks gorgeous in our kitchen.
