We paid very good money for this product in February of 2017. We were in the middle of building and had it delivered after closing. The refrigerator has been nothing but a problem since purchasing. Ice maker freezes up, ice bucket now has a crack from having to be removed. There is no decent way to organize the refrigerator. Storage is terrible, the doors do not close flush to seal any longer, when we get the ice maker unfrozen every two days it sounds like an airplane humming. I hate that I have to even give this one star. I should have stayed with my first instinct and purchased Whirlpool instead....the new purchase today will be just that and a side by side. Somehow with all the chaos of building and moving Geek Squad protection didn't get placed on this appliance that is totally on us because normally we place that protection on everything from headphones to major appliances. If you are like me and still feel that this refrigerator will make the best fit for your needs then I highly recommend adding all protection and replacement coverages offered and also see if they offer some patience with that to try and sweet talk this very disappointing device into working properly. It is now July 2019 and we are having to shell out money today to replace this useless thing...maybe it will find a reprieve out in the garage storing water and popsicles for all the kids but I seriously expect to have to have someone come and haul this contraption off (more expense) after a week or so in the garage.

I love the storage space big enough for my large family

This fridge is the best I've ever owned. I has double doors so it has a lot of room. It has moveable shelves which make it easier to put in multiple bottles of milk and orange juice. The humidity control helps the vegetables and fruits last longer. The filtration system is easy to change as well for the water and ice.

Love the refrigerator and slide out freezer door!! The only problem from the beginning was a consistent slow leak from the water dispenser. Very upsetting for the price we paid!!

Best appliance I have in my house! The look though door is amazing and saves on energy. The stainless steel look it sleek and easy to clean. The one complaint is that the front is not magnetic so I cannot put my magnetic son my frig.

The refrigerator is not what I would have expected in quality. Service was poor from the moment it was delivered. Delivery person did not even level the refrigerator, right side door was drooping a good half inch or more lower than left side door, and the right "outer" door separates from inner door when we open the entire side. Took over a month for Best Buy to address the situation and when they finally did the product was still not properly fixed and we were told that is just how it is. I regret spending so much on this refrigerator and even purchasing the extended warranty as it seems Best Buy does not respond in a timely manner to issues and is not able to handle them. We have had Samsung products before, but the quality of this fridge certainly disappoints.

This refrigerator is quiet elegant addition to my kitchen!

I consider this refrigerator average specifically because of the unreliable ice maker. I had the refrigerator for a year and the ice maker gave out.
