However, the monitor at times has issues recognizing the laptop connected via USB-C. Changing the settings in the OSD helps, but doesn’t completely fixes the issue

It's quite fast and the quality is really good for the price! The gamehub aspect is great as well, especially as an Xbox games user. I ran many games (Palworld for example) and they ran perfectly fine with 0 issues. Besides the functionality, the design of it is absolutely gorgeous! Even when it's turned off, I find myself looking towards it to admire it. Lastly, it's also VERY portable, and convenient. I'm currently dorming and I was able to carry it across campus without issue because of how light it is.

But for screen quality, I give it a 2 because it streams quality akin to 720p-1080p, not 4k resolution as advertised. Very disappointed because this is across all the streaming apps that are built in. Too late for me to return it. I wanted something that I could use not just for work but also entertainment. For work, its great. But for entertainment, its an eye sore. The interface is also quite slow and laggy, even after I did the system update.

Samsung is not the way to go. This the second defective monitor from Samsung. Please do not buy and waste your money
