The refrigerator/ freezer are fantastic! Everything is so easily stored and accessible. The cons are minor. Slow ice production, touchpad is a waste of money, husband would prefer a bit colder refrigerator section for milk. I highly recommend this product to anyone, but without the touchpad, save the $200.

This fridge is very bright and the led lighting will mean no lights to change. Shelves ,drawer doors clean easy.

Love the fridge. It is large, high-tech with LED lighting and the drawer for beverages is very convenient. Also I love the screen with pandora and the other features.

Well worth the money spent very spacious , love all the compartment as well as the center drawer for drinks or fresh meats. The freezer has lots of room as well love the upper drawer for veggies.

It has every feature one could want in an appliance! Samsung went out of their way to make sure no corners were skipped when designing this product.

Overall, excellent refrigerator! Very pleased with the functionality. Touch screen works great. Great conversation piece also when friends visit. I highly recommend this fridge.

This is a great refrigerator, my wife and I picked up this refrigerator on sale and completely fell in love with it. This samsung refrigerator has many great features such as uploading photos, listening to music, and viewing online content. I love the room this refrigerator has, able to store all my food and drinks with plenty of room left over. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone looking to upgrade an existing frig, or wanting to step up their game to the next level of refrigerators!

Overall it's a nice appliance. Haven't changed the filter yet so don't know how easy it is. We love using the pandora app, and our wifi connection is good everywhere in house, but itt always has one bar on the wifi fan showing, there is not a nothing in the way or concrete wall or something that is blocking, so hopefully that will get resolved . Otther than that we do love it!

Excellent refrigerator. Would like to see more forward thinking software and apps for touch screen.

I have had the Refrigerator for about 3 weeks. So far so good. No issues, Very quite. The apps are ok. I find AP news some times does not update all the time. As long as you don't expect to be doing any surfing on the Web the APP functions are good. Buying it on sale was what made it a good purchase. I would never had paid $3,000 for it.

We love the storage options and the apps. It's especially nice that the middle drawer opens without having to open the entire refrigerator.

I was skeptical to get this specially because of the double drawer. Not a fan.Hubby wanted this because of its only feature of course "the wifi" . So I let him have it since we got it on sale. We just recently bought our first home and it looks absulately fabulous in our kitchen. Only been using it for a week and love it. Ample space. And guess what even though the doors dont close automatically (only negative) it has alarm that goes after a min. Pretty cool. Cant wait have wifi installed in the house so I can listen to Pandora:)

I have had this Samsung fridge for 1 month. So far so good. Freezer and small drink drawers work for me really well. Fridge holds all I need. Flip up shelf is always flipped for taller items. Ice maker works a-okay. Capacity is less than the side by side it replaced. Dispenser is really nifty with the two levers, top one for ice, lower one for water. No need to punch a button.

Overall this is an excellent refrigerator. The LCD screen always gets a lot of attention at parties and the ability to play a photo slideshow is really nice. The only negative is how easily fingerprints and smudges show up on the steel but that is not unique to this item.

I have ten special need adoptive kids and with so many appointments this refrigerator keeps me on track. Being a single mom this is lot like having personnel assistant.

The fridge is great. The display not so much. The display screen quit the first month and had to be replaced. So far this one is working well.

At first I was very skeptical about the touchscreen and the usefulness of applications on a fridge, but the preloaded apps are actually useful.
