Great refrigerator!! Easy to use. Great Location for the Filter. Pour spout is very nice. It could of had an extension for bigger cups or a pitcher It has these nice led lights which gives it a nice look when you open the refrigerator. I was think of purchasing the one without the apps. It was a few hundred bucks less but the interface look so antiquated compared to this one. The interface remind me of the old clock radios. This is a much better looking fridge!! I found it to bit pricey but I found it to competitively priced.

The fridge part works great. I love the adjustable shelves and ice maker and water dispenser. But the Fridge LCD screen while it worked for visuals there was no sound. I had to have them come out and replace the LCD on teh fridge. If it wasnt for that then I would have given it higher marks. and why it only recieved a fair for quality and performance. Now that everything works on it I love the fridge. Though Stainless steel does get dirty fast

I'd been researching refrigerators for some time, and had settled on this particular model. While shopping for electronics at a local store, I found this particular unit on the floor as an open box. Someone had inadvertently marked it down 50%, so I jumped on the purchase. I've set the fridge up at home, and am very happy with its' performance. I look forward to using it to host gatherings for many years to come.

The temperature displays on the Freezer/Fridge switches from the default to -1/15. That happened for us about every 3rd day. Once you resave the temps it goes away until the next time. The ice/water dispenser light stops working about every two weeks. Once you reset the system it comes back on. Big pain. There is a software update and my light is still an issue and I will see in another day or so if it's fixed our temp issue. With the software update the AP app has changed and the error message that would give us from time to time seems to have gone away but too early to tell. Pandora works fine and so does Epicu. and Memo Pad. Weatherbug now appears to update better. Getting ready to use the Photo app so we'll soon see about that. Still in my 30 day money back period so I'm not sure yet what we'll do. Best Buy's Customer Service Manager is very nice and genuinely wants to make it right. This fridge is only for the patient and the techies! Samsung, please fix the bugs!!!! Would consider rating this higher when glitches are fixed.

I cannot believe that this fridge holds a large Costco pizza box inside. It doesn't look like it would hold much but it does. It's super quiet. Ice doesn't taste like the freezer like my old fridge did. The only drawback was the LCD screen would turn off once in a while and would have to be reset. We've listened to music and entered some travel pictures. Even Post- its can be entered. As far as surfing the internet, that is not what it is meant for- just a quick look on headlines.

The fridge works good but the ice maker really sucks, we have had to buy ice in bags because this ice maker does not produce enough ice to fill 4 glasses. The one thing we liked before purchase was the amount of ice it stated it made, 4 or 7 pounds and either one is a lie. The ice maker sounds like you just started a piece of heavy equipment to get ice out , very loud and it takes forever to get ice in your glass. We will be contacting them on the ice maker. Wife does not like the storage setup, says you cannot store things in it organized for easy removal and the door storage sucks.

Tablet gets stuck sometimes. But that's once in a blue moon event. Overall great spacious refrigerator

We purchased this product and in less than a week the touch screen display froze up and the only way to fix it was to press the re-set button. Called and had a new one swapped out thinking it was just a defect in that one. Only to find out 22 days later (which is past the 15 day return policy) that issue happened again. This product was way to expensive to have to re-set all the time. Not to mention you have to have your router or modem with in 6ft of the product to work. If is also noisy due to the ice maker being located in the fridge part. The fan runs all the time to keep the ice from melting. (this I'm finding is true for all french door units) It is also, not the greatest layout for functional use. It's too bad, could have been a really nice fridge. Maybe in another 10 years they will have all the kinks worked out of the french door units.

Fell in love with this refrigerator when i saw it in bestbuy. and i belived the reviews here and purchased one for me and i would not recommond this to any one Looks very nice. But very delicate. My water dispenser broke in the first week. It took almost a month fort samsung to fix it. Samsung tech has audacity to tell me that i pressed the water dispenser too hard. How hard will some one will press to get water Samsung makes very nice refrigerator but their quality is questionable

Over all I love this Samsung refrigerator model, very sleek and stylish looking and it work well. So far no problem at all. There is a little odds at night when it making ice and you hear a noise of ice dropping, my daughter thought someone through a rock at our house....it works fine and we loved it.

This is quite the conversation piece, the "apps"everyone askes about. I would be REALLY nice to able to add apps and "see"from the network. Overall its a real nice item.

Excellent product. Bought from best buy in fair lakes which has great service. I do not recommend the best buy in Dulles, sorry service and they do not value their customers!!

I bought this a year ago and just had the repairman out and was told that it cannot be fixed! I only had it for a year! First the icemaker went and then the freezer and finally the rest just quit. I called Samsung and they are going to refund the money I paid for it but I am responsible for getting rid of the defective product. This fridge is now $500 more at Best Buy than what I paid for it a year ago! I won't be buying another one. I have seen a lot of others with the same issue. I fell in love it when I first had it, but I highly suggest getting the extended warranty or buying another product! This one won't last! Also, you have to go out and buy another one when this one stops working! Make sure you have an extra freezer in your house!

Fridge not quite as great as it looks on the outside. Compartments are awkward, and ice maker is loud and slow. But the worst is that when the ice maker and freezer stopped working, Samsung did everything they could to avoid warranty service. First, they made us buy and replace the water filter -- which costs $45 by the way! Then they said we had to mail in a copy of our receipt (even though the warranty nowhere says this). After that, a technician was available for 5 days. We just had our fourth technician visit, and fridge still not fixed. Given the high cost, marginal performance, and horrible customer service, I would not recommend this fridge to anyone, or Samsung products in general.

I went through two of theses in less then a month after connecting to WiFi and getting update display and lights stop working display will only come on when touched temperature readings on display are incorrect after reset works fine for 2 days then back to same thing i called samsung they sent out a tech who called samsung from my house and they told him there is protocall to repair its to new called them again when second fridge went bad set up another tech but they never called back or showed up the fridge is nice and cold but I BOUGHT IT FOR EXTRA FEATURES THAT NO ONE CAN FIX now on my way to Best Buy who are great to return and will never buy a samsung product ever and i have lots of them now extremely dissapointed with samsung

Replaced a 20 year old fridge and hope this one will live up to that.
