The design and options with this fridge are great. Sometimes I use the bottom right as a fridge sometimes a freezer depends what I need and it has come in handy.

We found this refrigerator very convenient to use. The controls on the door are intuitive. The bottom right quadrant is flexible--it can be a refrigerator or a freezer. Because we have a separate freezer, we use it as a refrigerator. Sometimes we forget to look in the bottom for food we've stored there. The icemaker needs to be defrosted more frequently than expected. We've needed to defrost it about every two or three months. My wife's hand hair dryer works very well. I found it difficult to arrange for a repair from Samsung directly; however, we used the geek squad, who repaired it in two days.

My biggest comments are related to the 4 doors on this fridge, having the flex zone allows for storing more fresh food than a conventional fridge.

Refrigerator four door concept is extremely capable and spacious and the flex door idea adds more versatility than regular refrigerators.

Great size refrigerator. Very little to complaint about. All the bads are easily fixable (amazon has lots of ideas for these) The good: With full double door size, easy to hold larger items. When first hooked up, the water did drip overnight. However, have not seen any water since. There must be air in the line. Flex is used as freezer and It is great to have 2 separate freezers (keeping fish/meat on one side and others such as ice cream on the other). The bad: No egg holder. Also ther is no real place for butter sticks.

I’ve had this refrigerator for about 6 months now, so I can’t speak to its reliability long term. However, these are my current impressions. Look—It’s pretty. The black stainless steel looks really nice. It was a bit shinier than I anticipated, but I am now used to it. Maintenance—There will be fingerprints. If you can’t handle that, you may want to look elsewhere. Training yourself to only touch the silver handle area helps a lot. It is fairly easy to clean with a microfiber cloth or stainless steel wipes. Space—I LOVE the freezer area. I can fit so much, and it’s all easy to get to. This is the part that made me choose this model. Before beginning my search, I actually wished for this exact feature. The fridge area works for me but is smaller than my old model. It might be a little more crowded for larger families. Ice/Water—The water has good pressure and quickly fills my cup. The ice is slower but not annoyingly so. The ice is also well formed and doesn’t clump when water is added. I fill a cup at least every couple of hours, and I have yet to run out. Installation—I didn’t install myself, so I have no idea how easy it would be. Geek squad took care of it, and they did a great job.

i have own this refrigerator for about a month so far its been very good to me... beautiful and great size the top fridge area could be a little bigger but that just on personal preferences...i utilize the entire fridge...my fridge is always filled...the door space for the size with the ice is basically useless...i like that the handles are not sticking out but have to adjusted to... i do not think it is pure black stainless as magnets can actually stick to the door this is an upgrade from my old one which was a french door and i like that its a 4 door instead of the bottom being a drawer...i do own a bottom drawer pull freezer one and didn’t realize how much i dislike that particular style so this has been the fridge i have been eyeing from the 34cu chef version...this will have to do i am happy so far ...makes ice well havent had a problem...the shelves could be better utilized but i will just have to configure how to place my food

I love this friend! The best part about this fridge is the flex freezer option for the bottom. With a family with four children having an additional quarter of our fridge dedicated to refrigerator has been invaluable! We have a upright freezer in our basement so we are able to just keep essentials upstairs in the freezer for the fridge. The only complaint I have about this refrigerator are that it is louder than my previous LG refrigerator. The ice machine holds more ice but it takes an eternity for it to spit the ice out of the dispenser. In the water dispenser is like a firehose! LOL. Those few things kept this refrigerator from getting five stars.

Loved this Fridg. Tons of space, and very easy to use and clean. Hands down the best refrigerator I have ever owned.

Perfect fridge with ample space and features!! This refrigerator is great. Plenty of room inside, and looks great both inside and out. The FlexZone is great for versatility, and the Power Cool feature is perfect for quick chilling of the contents when needed.

No door handles seems nice, but this design reduces useable interior space. Shelves in doors do not accommodate most used containers such as several gallon sized needed for a large family. Will not fit under most kitchen cabinets. Ice-maker takes up a lot of freezer space.

Love the look and functionality of this refrigerator. The Flex space allows 3 setting options which will accommodate most foods.

You think you got it then you don't untill you do .

The look, design, and features of the Samsung refrigerator are great! The refrigerator ice dispenser broke within the first week. It was unfortunate that we got the runaround from both Best Buy and Samsung which was extremely frustrating. Neither would take responsibility for fixing it. Finally, Best Buy did and the service from the geek squad was excellent. The refrigerator was fixed at no cost to us. The experience was just disappointing and frustrating but we do love the refrigerator .

So far so good. Tons of space and easy to use. We use the bottom right corner as a "kids fridge", works out great.

Wanted a new fridge and really liked the size of this one and the freezer door style (instead of the pull out freezer bin). I was able to find an open box unit that had a dent on the front door which resulted in a big discount. After hanging up my kids pictures on the front, you can't see the dent anymore. One negative is the ice machine is much slower than the 16 year old GE this was replacing, but I think thats common with the smaller more compact makers now.

This is a great value and an even better refrigerator. The flex zone gives you so much more option. Love, love it!!

This fridge has great space and the ability to have multiple zones. Able to switch from fridge to freezer easily.
