It's versatile and beautiful. The only downside I have found is the shelves on the doors are very small and hardly anything can fit on there. Also the ice bucket is very small - makes less than half the ice of my previous fridge. Love the power freeze and power cool - very nice when you fill them up from grocery shopping and want to get everything to the right temps quickly.

Purchased this for my kitchen renovation but still hasn't been installed yet. Will update review once installed.

A lot of space and storage options! The ice maker takes up more space in the fridge than I’d like

I like the way Samsung made this product and very easy to use. Shelves work great being adjustable for different types of dishes. Samsung thank you for putting the customer first in this design.

There is tons of space and shelving. The shelving in the freezer allows you to keep everything organized unlike most refrigerators that have a drawer where everything is just thrown into the drawer and you have to dig through the drawer for what you want. The only complaint I have is that I purchased the black stainless because we were told that fingerprints were eliminated with this color. Well, I find myself constantly cleaning the front panels due to fingerprints.

We wanted a new refrigerator as our existing 2 door whirlpool has less space for our needs. Though I read lot of complaints about ice maker in this model, Opted this mainly because of flex conversion option and elegant design. We are quite happy with this model after using it for a week. Ice maker is working fine so far. Little bit of finger print complaints, but no big deal.

This fridge is a marvel of engineering and features. It is not cheap, but offers top of the line looks and performance. This fridge is also listed as a Consumer Reports Best Buy.

It is a good fridge if you overlook the ice maker. The ice maker is slow, constantly needs to be defrosted and reset. Samsung did a great job engineering the fridge and just went lazy on the ice machine.

Bought this refrigerator during the 4th July Sale. Working great so far. Just love the 4 door option. Currently have the optional 3rd space as a refrigerator. Awesome feature!

I love how you can make 3 of the 4 door a fridge or you can make the whole bottom a freezer. The multi zone we love. We have a large family that it accommodates accordingly.

Very satisfied with our purchase. A lot of space with many functions. Love the option to turn a portion of the freezer to a fridge when needing extra space for parties, etc. Only issue is problems with ice maker not always functioning properly.

Picked up this fridge for an awesome price during an "open-box" sale. We upgraded from a standard two door freezer on top model and this has been a great change. We love the huge fridge and my wife (who is shorter) really likes the freezer on the bottom. We use the Flex area as more fridge space because we have a chest freezer. If we didn't have a chest freezer I could see use needing to use that in freezer mode. The compressor on this fridge is quieter than our old one, but sounds different (not bad, just a different sound to get used to). And it's BRIGHT inside! Both the fridge and freezer are exceptionally well lit with LED lights. Also the doors on this fridge come off so easy! (which is good because it's too big to get in our house otherwise). The fridge supports WiFi, which is kind of silly. It will tell you if the door is open but doesn't seem to do much else. My wife is also thrilled that her fridge magnets still stick to this one, I'm told that normally Stainless Steel Fridges aren't magnetic. So far I've been pleasantly surprised by how nice this Samsung Fridge is, I love their SSDs and TVs but it's a long way from those to refrigerators.

I absolutely love this fridge. I had to purchased a fridge since my new home didn't come with one and it doesn't disappoint one bit. I love the fact that I have the flex space which became useful while hosting a party. I have gotten many compliments on how awesome it is and I can't say that I am surprised. Great purchase and if I had to do it again knowing what I know I would with no hesitation.
