Icemaker broke just after first year, most of the shelf frames cracked shortly after that. Their support line left a lot to be desired

So the repair guy comes out. Says his last job was this very fridge with the same issues. Called the fridge a peace of sh1t and said it needs to be replaced. 1.5 years really? I will never , ever, ever, buy another Samsung product.

I got this about a year and a half ago and the ice maker is already broke. Called Samsung and because its over a year they can do nothing. You think that a fridge that cost $2,000 would last at least a couple years. Junk!!!

Just don't buy it. Also, don't get suckered into the Geek Squad Protection plan. Promised faster service than Samsung and gave me appointment time a whole week after I called.
