So far been about a month doing good. Although the bottom of the door it builds some type of black sticky dirt or from the plastic rubbing against the metal and from that causes the door to make a noise when opening. Don’t know if it’s cause from opening the door so much.

The Samsung name is more than just TV or cell phones, the refrigerator looks great, good use of space, my family loves it.

Very much satisfied with my purpose.As this is a standard product but brand and quality what all matters.

My Refrigerator is nice and large, however, it makes a lot of noise. I was going to call and have someone come look at it, but according to other people online this is a normal occurance. It irritates me as I can hear it from my living room.

Fit my space well, plenty of food space, love the double doors for larger trays. Glad I purchased this.

We love our new refrigerator. It gives us so much more room than your traditional frig. It was definetly worth the wait.

We moved from a side by side fridge. Got tired of everything falling out of freezer when looking for one item. The bottom drawer is a nice change. The upper refrigerated part is taking some getting used to. We had to learn new ways to store our items. The pantry drawer is also very nice. Only problem with that is both doors need to be opened to access it. The water dispenser works better than our old one. You just have to pay attention to item upon delivery. We had to replace the door due to two very noticeable dents. That was no problem though. The folks at Best Buy worked with us very well and it was taken care of in a very reasonable time frame.

It is pricey but it is great product. We bought it during the Black Friday so we got a better deal.

This is a very nice refrigerator has all the features the only thing I would warn you about it is it is very big

Great installation. Huge amount of space. Does have the slightest delay on delivering ice and a small drip if you pull your cup away after getting water to fast.

Very happy with the 28' French door ice maker black stainless

So happy we chose this refrigerator. Plenty of space inside, water and ice taste great. Inside is easy to keep clean but still getting used to taking care of the stainless outside.

This fridge met our needs and some. We had to expand our kitchen and this fridge was perfect, just perfect.

This is a large fridge that was an effort for the delivery crew to put into place. It does stick out further than most other fridges, but after installation, it cooled down quickly. It also took a while to have the ice maker start (I guess a design of the freezer), but it produces well.

First off it’s beautiful. Second, it’s huge. And here’s the best part... it keeps things cold!

Do yourself a favor buy a another brand,mine stop cooling ,I defrost it(advice from samsung),plugged back in still not working utterly piece of trash ,my grandma 20 years old fridge still work ,and from reading them reviews about this model ,seem like we almost have the same problems fridge not cooling ,samsung if u reading this u just lost me as a customer

I like my new refrigerator and freezer. It holds all our meals and daily things we eat. It was a good buy. I just wish both door of the refrig held the same amount of things.

Great fridge! Just wish it held more ice cubes. Our kids play sports so we always need ice for the coolers. We had to start putting the ice cubes from the ice maker into plastic bags because it doesn't hold much. There are way too many great things about this fridge to worry about that single issue. GREAT FRIDGE!!!
