Great fridge all around. I would have given 5 stars if the freezer had more room. Other than that, the fridge is very large and the tempered shelves are sturdy and easy to clean. Outside is just as easy to clean!

Good product, spacious and works exactly as expected.

I was in the market for a big capacity fridge and that's just what I got. My wife wanted the pass thru door but we saved closed to $1000 a thousand dollars by buying open box. When the fridge arrived it was better looking 90 % of the show room AMAZING. The room the lighting is awesome and the flip up shelf is bounus!

As fridges go, this one is fine. I chose this over an LG model because of the price. My previous fridge broke and I was fortunate enough that Best Buy was able to deliver the next day, super clutch.

We really like our new Samsung refrigerator. It has quite a bit more room than our previous one. I like the freezer drawer on the bottom. I think it has more storage than our previous side by side. In addition, I like the deli drawer in the refrigerator. We keep our cold cuts and cheese in there.

The fridge has lots of space and is easy to use. However, the shelves on the left door behind the water and ice maker are real small and it is difficult to figure out what they can be used for.

Overall very solid fridge, but does have a flaw in the water dispenser. Water shoots inward instead of downward. Everything functions how a fridge should and looks great

with 6 kids and price matching this refrig delivers

Great fridge, lots of space,once power went out in my home and my wife had to call Samsung like for an hour to be able to reset the digital control besides that one issue great product

The Samsung 28.1 French Door Refrigerator with Through the Door Ice and Water is great thus far! My favorite part is how they have revamped the style so that the freezer door, and drawer within it, pull out farther for easy access. Plenty of room in the fridge with good shelf placement.

This refrigerator has performed to it specifications it does everything it said it would. I am very happy with it for months and after I read reviews of disappointed because people said it was too noisy but I have had no problem and it has performed very well. So i do not understand the negative reviews.

Great product just know it beeps a lot and is not magnetic. I wish those things were different but everything else is amazing!

I love this refrigerator. It matches all my other Samsung appliances that I have recently upgraded to. I did not have the water line hooked up yet and therefore I am unable to make ice. But the change filter indicator light has come on despite the fact I have never used the water or ice feature.

I wish the door shelves had more space but I wouldn't complain about anything else. Everything stays nice and cold. Love the freezer drawers. I love the alarm when the door is left open.

I love the design and size for the price. The only negatives are that fingerprints are left instantly, and the water tray barely holds anything, so it drips and leaves streaks.

Great refrigerator. Perfect size for a family of four. Only thing I wish I could find how to remove the glass so I could clean a spill on the main part. But the filter is very is to change and lasts a while. The lights are nice and bright. The freezer has a lot of space as well.

Pleased with the fridge... however the freezer portion has a leak in the gasket -- apparently, there are some Samsungs that have the older gaskets.. I received one of those.

This is the second fridge of this model that we have purchased and aside from some minor complaints of how the shelves are sized it is is a good fit for our kitchen.

Only had this for two weeks, but it is awesome. Runs great and looks really nice. Love the convenience of the slide out drawer in the refrigerator section and we love that all the shelves are plastic, especially in the freezer where wire shelves are a huge pain.
