Not much space in main refrigerator. Freezer plenty of room. Ice maker is mediocre. Does not have an ice tray in the freezer area. Would be better off with side by side whirlpool again.

The side by side design with the freezer underneath is great. We have 10 year old twins, and they can access whatever they need in the freezer or refrigerator with ease. The water dispenser and ice maker have been working great for over a year. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

After 4 year freezer begin making ice on evaporator and in ice maker dispenser. it was necessary to defrost several times till not cooling any more. it was necessary to buy a new one, obviously from a different and more reliable manufacturer.

This thing is huge. Maybe even too big. But I cannot complain. The water and ice come out a little violent, but just something to get used to. The unit keeps temperature very well and recovers from constant use easily. What more can you ask for?

Only had it a couple of days but so far so good. It is large, has good features such as large ice maker, some shelves that collapse, good in door milk storage and easy to use controls. We got a good deal on it which helps overall value, I would have struggled to pay full list price on this.

We have an older Samsung Refrigerator that we have always loved. So when we needed to replace our Kenmore Basement Refrigerator, we immediately looked at the newer Samsung's. Love that the Water dispense easily fits most water bottles. The inside is roomy and well organized. Love the pull-out freezer drawer.

We have had our new fridge for about a month now and have zero issues with it. Delivery was very professional and the nicest people. They did an outstanding job setting up and explaining everything. It run smoothly and everything is cool. I have had a great experience so far from our fridge.

This refrigerator looks awesome in my kitchen matches my Samsung range and microwave. beautifully styled. I love the way how I can arrange things and I can open both doors to get everything easily I would recommend this to anyone looking to buy a new French door style refrigerator

It took a while to receive a fridge without dents. The fridge is great. The delivery people need to be careful. Nothing wrong with Samsung product

The fridge is big enough for a family of four, the only negative is that the front got a ding while I was moving it inside the kitchen . Other than that it is great.

We have enjoyed our Best Buy experience now for several years. In purchasing several major items, we have found it incredibly easy to deal with Best Buy from very beginning of process to the end. The knowledge at Best Buy has been very helpful and we have never had one negative issue

The refrigerator itself so far has worked well over the past year. However the ice and water feature built into the door of the fridge is terrible! Ice gets all over the floor, it’s never really cubed or crushed, just a hybrid of both. As long as you change your filters as expected, the water tastes great. But when you get water from the door, just make sure you have a mop ready. Poorly designed!

ice machine leaves some to be desired as ice cubes sometimes come out slightly crushed. Compartments in freezer make it easy to organize. Spacious, and easy to clean. Easy to replace water filter. Overall very happy

Went to the store to buy video games, bought a fridge instead. I saw the fridge in the appliances dept and was like that"s what my kitchen was missing all along.

The French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the-ice and Water- Stainless Steal is just what I have been waiting for. I love having my freezer on the bottom for easy pull out access.

Bought a floor model Samsung French door. It has more drawers and door space than previous LG. Shelf features that flip up and slide back are very handy. Water cooling is better than other fridge had been. Overall very well designed. I would highly recommend this fridge.

I haven't bought a new fridge in many years. I went to Best Buy and come across a really good salesman at the South County Store. He showed me the Fridge after showing me a new Range and I thought this is for us. It really is living up to the word of the salesman.

So far the item is as advertised. We got a good sale from Best Buy, no problems on the delivery or installation. The fridge is working great so far so no complaints. We will see how the product fares several years down the line.
