Just bought in August and all is great so far. Saving a lot on my electric bill compared to old fridge. Love the filtered water.

We are so much satisfied with our decision to purchase the (4) Samsung appliances in black stainless steel. The appliances are very attractive and very easy to use and the quality of how they perform is exceptional. We would recommend these to others!

We have always had Sears products but came across this three door and have really loved the access to the food using the two doors.

I like my new samsung refrigerator. Unfortunately my samsung dishwasher needed a repair part the following week. It cost $80 instead of $20 for whirlpool part.

I love the refrigerator and the amount of room it has inside. The deep tray on top of the freezer is great for larger items. the only drawback has been the amount of time it takes for the water to dispense, ice comes out right away the water takes longer.

I’ve had many brands of refrigerators and this Samsung is by far the best . The stainless steel is great if you have children it’s easy to clean and the pullout freezer is large enough to hold quite a bit of frozen items.

I have a Samsung fridge in my primary home in MD so when I decided to buy another for a 2nd home I'm renting in CA I didn't hesitate to buy a Samsung. I will say the door storage in them is odd on the icemaker side, but that is the only complaint I have.

The fridge seems to make a loud humming noise, but I love the look and the inside has so much room. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase!

We love our new refrigerator. Only one thing we would change about it is the top drawer of the freezer is not as accessible as it could be. If the freezer extended just a bit more it would make the top drawer of the freezer easier to access. But we can live with it.

We had this refrigerator for three years and it was fine. Then the ice started thawing in the ice maker tray, so we ordered a new tray, which did not solve the problem. After that, we noticed the fridge was only staying about 55 degrees, although the display read 34. After some online research, we realized that there is a defect in Samsung's design, which causes ice build up behind the back panel and causes cooling problems. We had to empty and defrost the entire thing. I was hoping to get another three years of good use after that, but we have had the same problem repeatedly and have to defrost it every two weeks, which is getting ridiculous. Reading the Samsung troubleshooting page reveals that there are thousands of other customers with the same problem, and Samsung won't do anything about it. Save yourself the hassle and get a different fridge.

I ordered the Samsung Appliance Suite and should have done it years ago. The dishwasher is super quiet, the microwave is way faster heating, the stove heats more consistently and the adjustability of the refrigerator is great.

Easy to use! I love being able to use 2 different temperature settings and changing to one huge oven for cooking or baking larger items. Also the convection is great! My only complaint is keeping the stovetop clean is a little challenging.

I love my black stainless steel fridge. A lot of room inside in both the freezer and fridge. The only thing I don't like is that you pretty much have to lay everything than 6 inches down. Other than that, the fridge is exactly what I wanted.

Sales staff were excelent. No pressure only great information and helpfull in our selection. Delivery crew did a great job. When looking for any appliances in the future Best Buy will be our first choice.

I really like this fridge. It’s wonderully designed and does what you would hope a fridge would do. Not all the bells and whistles but does an excellent of keeping things cold. Works wonderfully and has great settings.

This is a good frig if you're looking to upgrade. The only down side is not much room for tall items. Other then that I would recommend this.

All of our TVs and appliances are Samsung and this has been just as good. Had 0 issues with it in the 6 months we’ve had it. Had an issue with delivery but was worked out quickly. Would recommend 5/5

Everyone that comes into my house always notices how beautiful this fridge is. My one pregnant friend says it produces the best ice haha. And I love the drawers and how the glass shelves and be moved up for more space!!!

I ordered this model for the second time I really love and value for money ,good quality and I have no issues so far the one I bought earlier is still going solid since three years

Have had the fridge over a year now and it's been great. Plenty of fridge space. Only slight negative is that the freezer is relatively small if you end up freezing a lot of boxed items. Other than that I love it
