I love the style of the refrigerator; the only problem I am having is the ice maker. It took 3-days for the ice maker to generate 6-cubes of ice and over five days for the ice maker to generate a full tray.

It is a very nice refrigerator, and it fit the space perfectly. It is HUGE inside. We went from two refrigerators and a mini fridge down to just this one. For a refrigerator I am very happy. However, here's what I wish I had known before purchasing this premium appliance. 1. Family Hub is not as useful as it seems. Maybe I will start making more use of it as time goes by, but there are many apps that on any other Android device would have been uninstalled right away. And, speaking of uninstalling, NOTHING that it comes with can be uninstalled, and that includes several very intrusive apps. My main gripe is Ring. The license agreement that you do not get the choice to agree to, puts the human-centi-pad to shame. By connecting the appliance to your home network you are giving the Ring app permission to invade and lock you out of anything on any of your computers and devices. Says so, right there in the terms of having plugged the appliance in. On top of intrusive, non-uninstallable apps, Samsung will continue to profit off of your use of Family Hub by constantly presenting new 3rd party apps for you to install. No matter how many times you say "No, Samsung, I do not need a second app for booking airline travel on my refrigerator." Then there's Bixby. Samsung's digital assistant. If you think Alexa can be stupid, Bixby is a toddler with Down's syndrome who has to call back to Asia to process every request. Bixby comes with 3 female voices (really?!) and one male voice. The male voice is "John" (wait isn't his name Bixby?) and John, well... let me just give you an example. Here's how John Bixby responds to "start the dishwasher" (see my dishwasher review for more on that rant,) Bixby: "... got it... I am starting the dishwashing course on dishwasher."

Love it! The screen is awesome and connoted easily to my smartphone. Was amazed when a pop up on my TV and phone showed up telling me the door was open.

Nice fridge fitting our needs. Impressed with family hub screen, camera feature etc. but unable to install apps like YouTube etc like an android/ios.

The refrigerator works as expected although the delivery personnel where rude and refused to bring it into the house, leaving it outside under the elements. They claimed that it would not fit through the door although my friend and I brought it in without any problems. The delivery personnel also threw the stove and microwave in the middle of the kitchen floor without care or set-up. If I were their boss, I would fire them on the spot!

Love our new fridge!! The screen is amazing with great sound and picture. Would highly recommend with all the features that are included. You could really have the fridge pay for itself fast.

Very spacious for a family of 7. Great price! Only compliant, I bought it on Black Friday but couldn’t get it till January 4th. I blame Tom Brady! Go Eagles!

My wife loves it! The Family Hub is her favorite part. Music in the kitchen! It has excellent cooling, great organization and easy to open and close doors. I would purchase it again.

Excellent purchase! This refrigerator has a lot of space and is a conversation starter! I love the hub! Trust me, you won't regret it!

So far I haven't had any issues. The Family Hub option is great. The only negative, is that the door gets easily damaged. We are very careful, and it already has 2 small scratches.

Really good refrigerator I would highly recommend this to everyone, we got it for less than 1700 during the sale. Worth every penny

Fabulous refrigerator. Lots of space and really like that you open the doors in the middle. Family hub is wonderful and keeps a great inventory.

My favorite fridge, ever. It plays a song when the door is left open. Has Alexa built in. Plenty of room for everything.

Beautiful refrigerator and it's counter depth so it doesn't take too much space. Great icemaker but there is no water dispenser... Operates nicely, would recommend!

So far we LOVE our new Refrigerator! We are still learning all the things it does too! I enjoy syncing it when I am in the kitchen to what is on our samsung tv

I have only had the fridge for a short time, I like it so far. But PLEASE consider buying it else where. I was delivered a broken one the first time, and had to wait almost 2 weeks for a replacement. This one came with damage on the inside, luckily Samsung is making it right by sending damaged parts. Doing business with Best Buy has been a nightmare.

Excellent cooling and live the samrt hub. Really like the latest update to integrate on drive for pictures.

I really have enjoyed this refrigerator, well laid out and the Family Hub is fun. Still getting the hang of it, but we love the fridge.
