It is taking a little bit to adjust to the new fridge, my prior fridge was a traditional top freezer double door. Having the freezer on the bottom in a drawer with a double door on the top is a little different for me. Can't wait for the matching stove and dishwasher to be installed.

I love my new refrigerator! Although it did take a month for it to be installed, it was well worth it! The team that did the delivery and installation was very nice and professional! It was a bit tricky to get it through my 2nd door, but they got it done. The fridge itself is perfect! It’s very spacious which was the main reason for the purchase! I don’t have the ice maker on, as I don’t have a hookup, so I just use my own ice trays or buy a bag from a store and fill up the tray.

I got a excellent refrigerator at a excellent price. I needed it that day and the staff was able to make it happen.

Received the product today with expert installation by bestbuy team. However one of the vegetable drawer was found broken after I removed the tapes from side. Called in bestbuy and they are sending a replacement within next few days. Little inconvenience but not a deal breaker. Love you BestBuy.

One word I have for this refrigerator "EPIC"!!!! The space available is awesome. This is our first frig with the freezer in the bottom. How convenient, with the two shelf freezer storage, freezer food that we use often is on top with lesser used food can kept on bottom.

I love my new Samsung refrigerator. It is so quiet and easy to keep the door free of fingerprints. It looks very nice in my kitchen. Lauren was very helpful in helping me make my purchase.

It is a beautiful refrigerator and organized! The installers were professional. They were challenged bringing it into our house and knew just what to do.

I love this fridge! I needed something bigger for my preschool business and this is perfect. Delivery, old appliance moving and installation was simple and fast. The fridge has a power cool feature to get it up and running quickly and the freezer is bigger than I thought. I’m gonna tell everyone who will listen about my new love!

I bought a new refrigerator but got a dented one compared to open box standards. I pointed it out to the delivery boy and he said “tell them about it on the review”

Brand new out of the box and immediately the motor (compressor?) ran constantly 23-24 hours per day for an entire week (before we returned it). Could hear it in every room of the house. Is there no quality control? It is beyond me how such a defective device can be sent to a customer. It is a huge inconvenience to return an appliance. And now we are paying $200+ more for a different fridge. Additionally, the ice cube maker produced about 15 cubes in the first 24 hours and all of them were stuck together by a thick layer of ice. Unfortunately, I did not research the device until after the problems were evident and found Samsung has history of problematic ice makers. Look for objective research. Not store websites.
