A little bit of a challenge to figure out how to store the food. Shelves are short. Door bins on ice side are odd sizes. This refrigerator does make a lot of knocking sounds, which the owner's manual says it will do.

I bought this refrigerator in July of 2014 and it's worked great for the past three years. Until about a month ago when it started making a terrible noise. I called Samsung and the technician said it was ice building up around the ice maker making the fan blade hit it. Technician said to unplug it (??) to let the ice melt. I thought that strange that a top of the line fridge like this would have this problem but I did what he said and the noise stopped. For a week. Then the noise started again. I called Samsung again and they made an appt. to send a technician (not for several days) and quoted me several hundred dollars for a service call. Then two days later the fridge just stopped cooling. At that point I decided to do some research and I find that thousands of consumers are having this same problem with their fridges to the point that a class action suit has been filed about it! Best Buy must have known this before they sold it to me. I bought this fridge because of the reviews on this site. Are they for real?? I am so upset and I'll never buy another Samsung anything and definitely not from Best Buy!

The frig great and everything works great. So far we have not had any issues with the ice maker and we use it a lot. My only complaint is that this thing runs loud (for a frig) when its running, there is no in-between. The good thing is that it doesn't seem to need to run all that often. In the end the features are what sold us on this unit.

Finding the right fridge to replace our dying one was a challenge. The size and fit for the new one was our biggest issue...that and getting the features we felt were necessary. While this appliance is larger than our old one, we have already seen many plus factors. Quiet with warning about a door left open, Drawer is absolutely necessary. Love the freezer on the bottom. Double doors on top accommodate anything we need to refrigerate.

The alignment of shelves and flexible use of them gave optimal use of internal space. Drawer with variable temp control great idea. Freezer packs well and still allows access to all contents.

Great refrigerator except the ice dispenser broke in the first week. Kudos to Best Buy for arranging a tech to fix it next Tuesday. Parts were received in 2 days. Hopefully this dispenser works better. Did notice that the parts inside the dispenser are plastic, not metal. Great at keeping beverages nice and cold in the fourth drawer

In spite of short life of Samsung bought 7 yrs ago, we purchased this one because of a very deep discount and word that the product had improved. Don't know about the reliability yet but all features are excellent.

Had the item for about a month and it is a very noce looking frige and the doors open and close bery smoothly. Has alot of room and cools down very quickly

We have other Samsung appliances and have been very satisfied with them. So when we needed a new refrigerator we checked out Samsung and liked them. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Love the showcase but having issues with water dispenser dripping.

I've have this fridge for about a month and it's amazing. I love the extra drawer with temp controls based on what I'm putting in it. Worked so great for a party we had. Turned in into a drink section and didn't have to worry about the mass quantity of opening and closing of the fridge. Drinks were the right temp. LOVE the French doors- large cake went in with ease. No more worries about thanksgiving leftovers on platters either. Instantly made my kitchen look sleek.

Biggest problem is there is no place to stand 2 liter bottles conveniently. Short and small items fit nicely but large containers do not.

We originally got a smaller fridge, but it turned out it was too small and couldn't even fit a pizza box, so we opted to get this one instead. It's wonderfully spacious with customizable shelves, and the middle drawer is great for storing bottled or canned drinks or meats and produce. It gets cold very fast. The filtered water actually tastes great which was a surprise since that's always hit or miss.

Delivery driver said it was damaged. Left it at my house and a few weeks later came back with another one. Wonder ful customer service.

TONS OF SPACE! We recently moved into a new home a replaced the appliances and WOW! This fridge has lots of space and great features. We love using the drawer for easy healthy snack access for the kids!

This is an awesome refrigerator. It's beautiful and has tons of space inside. I love the deli drawer on the outside. You never have to open the double doors for some items. Very happy with my purchase.

This may be the best looking and most functional fridge I've ever owned. And Best Buy had the best price with free delivery. The guys who did the delivery were also top notch. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Like the product and would recommend to friends, looked at a lot of other manufactures and was please with features offered by Samsung.

Purchased during Labor Day Sale, good value for such a large fridge with the extra drawer. Getting used to shelving arrangement.
