Got this on warehouse sale open box.did not looked for serial number and is missing.water is leaking when ice is used,on both bottom freezer shelfes,ice comes almost crushed all the time , inside shelf under ice machine got water in it ,have to empty at 2...3 days.in rest works good plenti of space..usefull space.had to get geek squad insurance,waiting for them to fix water leak from ice.

Nice fridge. 5 stars if it was magnetic! The sides are magnetic, but you have access to just one side. Samsung...why???

This fridge is very nice but I find it to be large in terms of depth which makes it stick out a little more than I would like.

This Samsung refrigerator is a great buy. I simply love this refrigerator. It is large and roomy and I can get extra large dishes and bowls in it.

Happy with the fridge. Have to move around the shelves to fit cartons but that wasn’t hard. The door must be shut in order to use ice/water dispenser. So can’t multi-task but that’s just first world problems.

It is a wonderful refrigerator! We especially love the pull out drawer. The freezer is easy to organize everything too. So far everything has been great. I only wish that the ice cubes were larger.

Very practical. Love the pull out drawer above the freezer. Great use of space. Fridge is smaller than the last one we had but we love this one!

This is my favorite refrigerator so far. it works, and once you learn how to program it, you can customize the settings. The ice maker works well, and I especially love the tray for all my drinks! Perfect choice.

Love the third drawer! I can even fit a sheet pan in there. The temp is spot on. The only complaint I have is IT DOES NOT MAKE ENOUGH ICE

Samsung makes some amazing appliances. I got an entire set over Labor Day weekend and I tell you the quality is awesome and I am so happy Best Buy carried them.

Do not buy a Samsung refrigerator! There ice makers are notoriously faulty and Samsung does not stand by their product. I have the chore of having to put a heat gun and chip away at the ice build up the occurs because the ice maker freezes over. If you do not chip away at this ice problem, the fan in the fridge freezes up, making an awful continuously loud noise. Samsung needs to recall their ice makers and solve this problem or offer refunds to those that have had to live with this. I was enticed by how good it looks but on the outside but beware, the inside does not work.

I found this fridge on sale as open box. It looked great so we purchased it. I haven't had any problems with it. We love it. Easy to use and all. We have shared buying open box from best buy with everyone. So glad we found this!!!!

Sales associates were very knowledgeable and helpful. So far this fridge is working just fine. Runs quietly and is spot on with temperature. Very happy so far let's see in a year or 5 or 10.

Huge size. Be sure to measure and leave room for doors to open. Will not fit all refrigerator openings. Ice and water seem slow. May be the hookup line though.

Cools very quickly. Noticed groceries remain fresh for a longer period of time.

It has a lot of space with easy organization. The freezer is spacious with a cionvenient drawer that I use for easy access to small meat packages! The ice maker puts out a lot of ice,

Had great service; all questions were answered from a knowledgable service representative. Delivered, set up and old fridge removed when and as promised. Altogether a really great experience!
