The delivery was the worst of anything I have ever delivered! The second try for delivery was great except the refer had a dented door which will be replaced this week-end we hope!

We have had this fridge for about three weeks. It has performed as expected and we are very happy with it. My wife loves the flex temperature drawer. Best Buy delivery team was very cordial and efficient.

I purchased this refrigerator as an open item. It had a few dents that were only able to be seen at odd angles. Delivery was prompt and they did a great job. Pleased with the entire purchase.

Absolutely love this model! The third drawer is great for cold cuts, cheese, etc. only wish the model in white had the door in door option. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

This refrigerator has much more room in the (frequently used) top part, and the middle drawer allows for lots of storage of convenience-type foods. Freezer on the bottom is easy to reach and things don't get "lost".

The ice maker quit making cubes just crushed ice. Love the rest

This fridge fits my family's needs perfectly. I like the use of the spaces by the ice/water dispenser, maximizing storage. The flex drawer, the kids can reach easily, not having to ask me.

The fridge has great flexibility with the shelves. The drawer is excellent if you have kids at home, great for drink/snack storage.

Great refrigerator. the freezer on the bottom is large and easy to get into. the 2 doors on the top frig are spacious and accomodating, especially the fold away shelf for gallons of milk etc.

Had to return the first one for loud pinging noises. The second one appears to be quiet .

Great freezer, love the little drawer in the middle for fruit and yogurt. Plenty of space for all our food (family of 5)

Only thing I recommend Samsung doing is making the water catch tray better in the icemaker area. Other than that, this refrigerator is really nice! Had it for a year now!

Nice frig many storage space but had to lower one shelf to acomidate the larger bottle of soda an milk

The size is great. The middle storage is great for kids. They can grab from there when they need anything to eat. A lot of fridge and freezer space. Setup was easy and I did it.

I bought this refrigerator, based on appearance, and features. So far, after 3+ months, we have not been disappointed.

We have really enjoyed our refrigerator. We have had it now about two months and so far it has lived used to its name.

Bright, spacious, well organized. My only issue is that it was set up in demo mode, so everything was working but the compressor. Glad Google helped me figure that out before anything spoiled.

I researched numerous brands and ultimately decided on this after seeing all of the features. Love the flex drawer, and the ice maker is very compact but handles all of my families needs.

The refrigerator is convenient just wish it would come with a DVD that you can watch to fully understand all the features
