This refrigerator is very space efficient. Whether your preparing trays for a holiday or just daily use everything fits. I love being able to set the temperatures individually for each zone.

Glad we made the purchase. Easier to use that the side by side. Only complaint is that the water comes out at a left angle.

Great amount of space with adjustable shelves. Love the flex drawer! Creates plenty of ice for our day to day use as well as when we have guests over. Makes no noise. Highly recommend!

Thrilled with the Samsung refrig. The produce drawers were bigger than they seemed. The deli drawer is wonderful. And really like the way the freezer is divided with the extra drawer.

The pull-out drawer is great for small kids to reach in for their most wanted items. The divided fridge is a convenience. We have really enjoyed the conveniences of this fridge.

Our only issue so far is that you cant get water or ice out of the left door even when the right door is the only one open, that's a pretty small issue for us.

We are amazed how much more space there is in this fridge freezer. How bright and clean it is. Filling it with food has been fun. Dr Who will be impressed.

The fridge is great. My only complaint is the door must be pushed closed so it is easy to leave it open. The Best Buy install was bad!

At first this refrigerator worked great and we didn't have any problems. After having it only for a few months the ice maker kept freezing up to the point it wouldn't work. We had technicians come out several times to try and fix the problem but they couldn't and it kept freezing up. We finally got so fed up with it not working that we utilized our BestBuy warranty and got a refund and purchased another brand of refrigerator and have had no problems at all since.

The only thing that has come up is the middle drawer will not close on occasion and requires the adjustment.

Great features. Wish there were more accommodations on shelf’s for milk and juice containers than doors

This refrigerator has been a problem since shortly after purchase. The primary issue is that the ice maker continually freezes up and becomes unusable. I have had appliance repair people attempt to repair this 3 times so far - the Samsung recommended repair is to apply a sealant around the ice maker box. In all 3 cases, it worked for a short time after repair and then reverted to freezing up again. The repair person advised me that this this is a known problem with Samsung and they refuse to do anything about it.

Really smart fridge. Clever use of space like the little shelf in the door of the freezer to put the cold packs in so that you are never hunting for them.

This is such an improvement over our old refrigerator. I did a lot of research beforehand to determine what style would work for our family. This one lived up to my expectations

Love the french doors and the third drawer located above the freezer drawer. This configuration is much better than the side by side unit we replaced. Like the LED lighting also.

Great refrigerator. Grandkids can access juices on their own. Plenty of light for those late night forages.

Good value for the money. Had some initial issues, but working great.
