I lie the product ...I had little problems with delivery date but I guess it was due to the virus situation

Based on the review, the Fridge will either last less than 3 years, or for a long time. It was these reviews that really pushed me to get the Best Buy protection plan for 3 years (and I am quite thankful). A word of caution, once the defective fridge is replaced, you cannot purchase Best Buy protection plan for the new fridge. Guess I just have to hope for a good one (which I figure is maybe 50/50). When the fridge was working, was excellent; but 2 days ago, the ice maker was not cold enough, and this caused water to leak out the water dispenser, by evening the fridge was approaching 70 degrees. Fridge was delivered on 17-Dec-2020 and failed 22-Dec-2021.

Our brand-new Samsung refrigerator quickly started having problems with freezer temperature. We tried several different fixes only to finally have to get service from Samsung. Their techs came out and found that there was a leak in the refrigerant line to the freezer compartment. They told us it would be prohibitive to fix and that we would hear from Samsung within 48 hours about an exchange for a new refrigerator. We have been waiting for nearly three weeks, calling regularly only to be told that we need to wait. Today we were finally told that the exchange was "under review" and that we should hear within 5-7 days whether we would get a new refrigerator. Samsung refuses to stand behind its products and we will never buy another Samsung appliance again.
