For the people that have left these great reviews, just wait. It worked great the first 6 months or so we had it then we started having problems with the ice maker. We’ve now had it for 18 months and ice maker constantly freezes up and won’t make ice. For the price we paid for this refrigerator, I didn’t expect to start having problems with it this soon. Sorry we bought this one. Won’t buy another Samsung.

So the curprit was my circuit breaker which was 15 amps capacity but this model requires 20 amps. Since I changed the breaker, the refrigerator gas been working fine

This model replicates the GE Profile however, it has several design flaws. You cannot clean the shelves very easily, shelving configurations do not maximize space so it does not hold as much as it states. Lastly, the ice maker is a catastrophe. Requesting a repair person is by no means an easy process. My product is in MA and the point person is on Long Island, NY? Really?? If you are going to buy, definitely buy the protection plan, you will need it. Good luck!
