Poorly designed glass tray

It takes two people to remove the frame and also two people to remove clips that holds the glass in the frame. The clip tabs are very fragile and break easily. There are no instructions in the manual and online details indicate the best way is to use two screwdrivers to press the clip tabs open. Who would have thought that this would have been an area that needed checking when looking for a new frig. I've never seen such a horrible design.

(Freezer shelf and the 2 connector pieces) After more than a month calling several times to Samsung, it is still not resolved. But the refrigerator itself is great so far.

ice maker leaks and refrigerator motor went out

My ice maker was leaking after having the refrigerator for less than 3 years. I called geek squad to come out and they were able to fix the leak and add new seals however less than two months later, the motor on the refrigerator started making very loud noises. I called them out again and they decided to offer a replacement. I would not recommend this refrigerator.

The Ice maker stopped working after only 9 months in service. The warrant clock started when I received my product but unfortunately, we could not install them until a few months later due to COVID the delays in my Kitchen install. Samsung will allow you to purchase a part to fix the issue but not cover any maintenance. This will be my last Samsung product ever

The delivery went well - I watch the delivery personnel the whole time and they did not hit any walls during delivery and installation of water line. The complaint - the FRONT door had a dent that was also observed by the delivery people. We took a photo and call to complain about the dent. We got no one to answer the line, left a message, have not heard since we called 12/24/2020.

We have had this refrigerator less than 6 months and the external ice dispensing door started opening & closing non-stop. We are now 9 days into this annoying experience. The Samsung repair service designee has now canceled 2 appointments. Best Buy says this is “not our problem.” Lesson learned...I will never buy an appliance from Best Buy again.
