What a great deal. This refrigerator is absolutely beautiful and the size is amazing. It's everything I wanted. The black stainless steel made my kitchen look brand new!

It has lots of room. Can see everything right away. Big enough to have large parties and enough room in the refrigerator.

Spacious; easy to see items; easy to use water and ice dispenser; display shows current temperature of both freezer and refrigerator; a little louder than I expected.

I'd buy this fridge again. It has a ton of space and keeps the veggies fresh. Strawberries have stayed good it for 2 weeks! Freezer is perfect and I love the crushed ice in the door.

Bought brand new for a new house & am very pleased. Some issues with cubed ice being crushed sometimes. Overall happy with the purchase.

We had a previous Samsung refrigerator that ended up being a lemon. You would think that that being the case, another Samsung would not be purchased. However, after doing some investigation, I found that this refrigerator has the ice maker re-engineered, so I have no problems with the ice maker now. Love the spaciousness and design. Lighting inside is a real plus. Would highly recommend this particular refrigerator. LJ in NC

Compared to my 16 yr old side-by-side, this fridge is huge and so much better! We can see/find everything very easily. The motor is a bit louder than the old one, but not terrible (I think it's actually that the noise it makes is a different pitch rather than louder). The ice maker is also loud when it drops the ice. The freezer is great because things fit more easily, are more accessible, and I can see everything in there. The bright lighting is helpful, as we can find things, even in the back. The crisper drawers do a great job keeping produce fresh. One issue we've had though is that our fridge is positioned next to a wall. It's hard to open the left door because the door is thick (~3") and it hits the wall when it's opened. Therefore, we have to keep our fridge pulled out so the left door is in the doorway. That's not very convenient. We are consulting a contractor about expanding the doorway, but that will cost $$$!

Refrigerator works well. Large enough for family of two. Only negative is ice-maker is slow.

Great refrigerator. Sleek design, quiet, easy to use. May not be the best value model out there, but well worth the money if you want to invest in a solid, quality refrigerator.

Overall I really like the refrigerator, but I have had a couple of issues. Within a week the refrigerator would beep and switch itself to crushed ice mode. I'd reset to water and in 15-20 minutes it would beep and reset to crushed ice. I was told that it was most likely a faulty circuit board, and they would replace....I was insistent that it was brand new and instead of repairing just deliver a new one. Best Buy was great and did just that. Within 3 weeks, the replacement refrigerator ice maker quit....It was replaced yet still won't make ice. The Best Buy tech has been outstanding...professional and helpful....and he's ordered 2 additional parts, including the circuit board, hopefully that will get it fixed. Like I stated at the beginning I really like the actual refrigerator, it just appears that we've had issues with 2 circuit boards in a row.....

The shelving and the the door storage are flexible and seem to accommodate a variety of configurations. The interior lighting makes it easy to see what is there. The freezer drawer is surprisingly large and keeps ice cream hard. All in all a very nice refrigerator. We will need to get used to closing the doors as they don’t close automatically, but that’s just a minor issue.

Nice fridge led light inside is nice and bright. Works as expected and arranging items is not to bad. I read some complaints on ice maker side door space. I don't mind it I have my Tabasco sauce and butter sticks in the middle one but thats all you can fit literally you can fit like 6 butter sticks and small Tabasco sauce bottle in it. The ice water maker is okay wish it did not have a button to switch between ice and water. also you can't open the other door while filling your cup. Our last French door you could so I guess it is just a habit I need to break. Ice maker is is pretty good ice is a little smaller than last one but we use lots of ice daily and it keeps up pretty good for family of 4. You can hear it run at night in kitchen but during normal conditions in my house it is not a issue. I would recommend this for its nice look and fell for the price it is a good value

Overall we like this refrigerator, but there are 2 things I don't like about it. One is that the ice maker takes up room in the refrigerator (I wish I had bought one with the ice maker in the door). Two, the ice maker is small. With just the wife and I it is not bad, but if we have company over the ice machine runs out fast. We have had the refrigerator for about 1-1/2 years and have had zero problems.

Our old side-by-side refrigerator went out without warning and we had to make a decision on the spot about a new one. The Best Buy sales rep was very helpful and we decided on the Samsung - 28 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator. It is so much better than what we had. Very roomy (still haven't filled it up like we did the old one [25 - 26 cubic feet]) and has lots of nice features. It is very open inside and the lighting is very good. Can set the temperature by degree rather than a dial setting, so can get exactly the temp you need. Also, thermometers inside tell you on external display exactly what the inside temp for each compartment is. This is handy when loading the refrigerator or putting something in that you recently cooked, so you can see how long it takes to get back to the set temperature. We also find the oversized water/ice dispenser slot to be great for filling large water bottles. Our old refrigerator had a slot big enough for normal glasses, but not water bottles, so we had water and ice on the ground often. Overall, we really like this model and would recommend it to others.

Lots of storage space in the refrigerator and the bottom freezer. Also easy access to most items without bending. Love the LED lighting inside and out. Very good looking.

This is a great frig. Works great, lots of space. It is a bit noisy, mostly the ice maker, otherwise, love it.

Our new fridge is great. Tons of shelf area and plenty of shelf location options. Freezer has plenty of room.

Wow, what an upgrade from our previous fridge! The water tastes excellent, the fridge keeps the exact temperature and is very spacious. No leaks, creaks, or issues thus far.

Have only had it a month but works great and looks great. Plenty of space for everything you need. Easy to adjust the shelving to accommodate anything.
