Tons of space, we love the two-door fridge on top--they really thought of everything when they designed this fridge. The only thing we could find wrong with it is that the front is not magnetic. That's it; we just can't hang the kids things on it. Everything else about it is great!

I've only had this refrigerator a week but so far it works great... Tons of space! Easy to arrange the shelves inside and on the sides of the doors...Hands down, my favorite feature is the rapid cool. Works like a champ!

It took over 30 minutes to find a sales associate to help me in the store, but I had decided upon this refrigerator by the time i walked around the store and found someone to help me. A week later it was delivered as promised. This appliance is quiet, very well designed, and has a well thought out design. It is too early to comment on its durability, but the Samsung brand speaks well to that end. My previous refrigerator was a top of the line Kenmore, made by LG, which had already proved troublesome within the first month of ownership.

This is a well-designed and quality refrigerator. Samsung in the last decade has upped their game, and makes superior products, inferior to none. The controls for temp, ice, water, etc are very intuitive and easy to learn and use. Tons of room and adjustable shelves let you arrange things just as you like them. We almost bought a Samsung that was a few hundred dollars cheaper. But my wife liked the lights in the sides of the fridge part, plus a bit extra room, and we're glad we picked this unit. The lighting is so bright and evenly distributed that it's easy to see and find anything. In short, we are very pleased with our purchase.

I've been wanting a bottom freezer refrigerator for years. Finally, my wish fulfilled. This item holds a ton of stuff AND you can see all of it. All the time! The freezer is plenty large and the tip-up shelf provides ideal space for tall items such as wine bottles and iced tea pitchers. There is nothing about this refrigerator/freezer that I don't like.

Love the room Inside. The ice is airy and awesome. Happy so far.

The space is great, easy access to everything. The LED lighting is wonderful. So much room and especially for odd size dishes that would not have fit in the old side-by- side. The freezer has plenty of room and easy to use.

...we bought it again after our home was flooded from Hurricane Harvey in Houston. Never had any issues with it and would buy it again! Looks great, works great! Only negative that i would Say is that the door storage on the left side is minimal with the ice/water element. But it’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make.

Ive had the refrigerator for a approximately one month. Everything works as it should. So far is a great refrigerator. The ice maker works better and runs ice out faster than the last Samsung I owned 3 years ago, we moved. Water dispenser works better also. Plenty of space. So far happy with my familys purchase.

Very good design love the adjustable shelves for tall items.

I wanted the fridge with the second drawer and a couple other features, however, when going to order it, I found out it was discontinued and the replacement was not as nice as the outgoing model. I was disappointed and for that reason. I chose this lower end model solely due to it being much more inexpensive and not liking the other more expensive replacement. Not a bad fridge at all, but not quite what I wanted.

After much research and review we chose this over many other models. Lots of features without it being overwhelming like too many drawers or talking screens.

Pros: Nice ice and water dispenser. Sleek, stainless steel design. Spacious with good organization door trays. Cons: Despite the shallow drawer on top, freezer could be a little easier to organize since it is just a big box where you have to dig to get to things on the bottom. Freezer door handle moves up when pulled in order to help it open. This could be a wearable/breakable item in the future since it feels a little cheap.

Very spacious fridge with nice features and ease of use.

I have the same ice maker issues as many other, it freezes up and will not work. there is a class action lawsuit involving this and other samsung models, google it. i am on customer service chat now and they claim it has been fixed on models made after Sep '17 mine was made in Nov' 17 and it still has the same problem and the remedy in the owner's manual does not work. this is the 3rd time it has frozen over and i spent too much money on this fridge to have it rendered useless after 2-3 weeks! the photo i have attached is a picture of how the ice maker freezes up

Runs quiet! Love the upgraded technology from my old Bosch.

Last Saturday my wife & I decided to go shopping for a replacement refrigerator. Our current refrigerator has recently started making strange noises & we figured with it being 17 years old it was probably about to go out. We chose to go to Best Buy. When we got out of our car there were 3 French door models out on the sidewalk. We looked them over and then went inside to see what else they might have. Finances being what they are, we went back outside and really looked over the 3 again. We chose the 28 cubic foot Samsung stainless steel French door model. It had a few dents & scratches but it was marked down by half from MSR. We are very pleased. This all happened on Saturday & it was delivered on the following Monday.
