I love our new fridge and I would have given it 5 stars only the ice machine is super slow. I love the space and freezer storage.

The fridge is very spacious. The interior LED lighting is excellent. The doors are easy to operate. The features are excellent. The only small issue is that the plastic piece that sits under the water dispenser falls off when trying to fill a pitcher. The fridge is a little noisy.

We love our new spacious french door refrigerator. The only down side is the ice maker doesn't make enough ice for a family party. But that is minor compared to all the plus points this refrigerator has. I'm so very happy with it so far!!!

We are very happy with the fridge I was hesitant to buy a Samsung fride since they are relatively new to making them. So far everything has been great. It is very quiet and really does a great job cooling everything. Super roomy inside and we LOVE the lighting.

I am remodeling my kitchen which is from the 70's. This refrigerator is spacious, well thought out and quiet. The adjustable and sliding shelves make it easy to store tall items while saving space in storing your smaller items. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Don't love the icemaker....I have wood floors in the kitchen and on cubed ice setting it seems to spit out small ice bits on the floor. Can't seem to catch it all in the cup regardless of how close I have the cup. Also, there's no butter dish spot in the door. All my past refrigerators have had one...just need to get used to not having it I guess. Love the freezer on the bottom. Had side by side before and really like the freezer on the bottom.

I bought my first home about a year ago, and this refrigerator was my first big, grown up purchase for the house. My husband and I did a lot of research online and looked at A LOT of different fridges, but finally landed on this one because we liked the look of it, loved all of the available storage, and have been happy with other Samsung appliances in the past. The refrigerator has never given us a bit of trouble, and I have been pleasantly surprised by how much it can hold. I love the sliding shelf that allows you to put in taller items, and the freezer seems to hold infinite amounts of items without becoming a jumbled mess. My only complaints are that there is some kind of useless space on the door due to the ice maker, and the ice really shoots out at you if you don't hold your glass right up under the area where it releases. Also, the people who delivered our fridge did not level it or remove any of the plastic coverings which was a big pain for me to do myself. If I had known better, I would have asked them to do it before they left, but never having bought a refrigerator in the past, I didn't know what was normal. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Quiet running and very good led lighting. Slow discharge of ice and has some crushed ice in with cubed,other wise very good purchase.

Lots of room! Great fridge! Does show fingerprints... And I wish it had a bigger ice maker. But I love it and would purchase again.

We really like the Samsung French Door fridge. I’d give it 5 stars except for a few annoying storage features that we didn’t notice til we got it home: no butter storage in the doors, and in the freezer, the top rack automatically pulls out every time you open the main drawer. It’s rarely what I need so i have to push it back to get I the main compartment. But overall it’s a great size, good features and was about $1000 less than other brands for similar models.

Where do I begin with this utter piece of TRASH that Samsung decided to call a refrigerator. This refrigerator was purchased new in early 2017 along with an entire kitchen suite of Samsung appliances AND a Samsung front load washer and dryer combo. Of the numerous, and I mean numerous problems we've had with all of these Samsung appliances; this "refrigerator" certainly takes the cake for worst appliance I have ever owned. Throughout the course of my 2+ year ownership of this refrigerator I have had 14, yes, FOURTEEN service calls on this refrigerator. There are 2 main critical design flaws with this refrigerator. 1. Ice continuously builds up around the top of the compressor lines that enter the refrigerator. These are located behind a plastic panel at the back of the refrigerator. This ice builds up and blocks the primary fan from circulating cold air into the refrigerator. Once this happens everything is 'luke-warm' inside but this "intelligent" refrigerator still thinks its cold inside because the temperature probe is not actually located inside the refrigerator. I have had all the manufacturer's recommended "fixes" for this completed several times over and nothing solves this problem. We have tried new condenser line sensor, main board replacement, installing of the new, longer drain probe for the evaporator heating element, installing the updated version of the condensation drain tube rubber fittings that allow water to flow through but no air back in, and about 5 different back panel replacements with ZERO effectiveness. This #1 issue is a material weakness to the design of this refrigerator, Samsung is fully aware of this issue and CONTINUES to sell this design to US consumers. This should warrant a class action lawsuit for this reason alone. 2. The ice maker fails to drop ice into the tray because it freezes to the side of the ice maker. This is a well documented issue as well and there is no fix for this design. I have had Samsung authorized repair technicians, centerpoint technicians, and Sears technicians work on this refrigerator and the message is clear: STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG REFRIGERATORS.

I knew I wanted a french door fridge with a freezer drawer, and after shopping around a bit, I settled on this one after reading reviews and checking it out at Best Buy. While there were a few negative reviews, those mostly seemed attributable to either personal preference or to fluke defects that can happen with any product. I've had this one for about a month, and it is exactly what I was looking for. The installation was flawless, and it holds even more than I imagined! Some concerns I had about running out of ice easily and about low water pressure on the water dispenser have turned out not to be issues at all. The lighting is fantastic, and the drawers are convenient and easily accessible. I would strongly recommend this fridge.

Quality refrigerator with plenty of room. 2 shelves adjust to allow for taller items. Freezer design has plenty of room and the extra drawer makes it easy to sort through the freezer to find what you are looking for.

Love the amount of space, both on the fridge and freezer. Love the brightness of the interior due to the LED lights. The ice maker is slow to dispense and "chips" tend to fly everywhere when using the crushed ice feature. Ice maker is noisy when it drops ice which might be an issue for some with an open kitchen/family room. Salesman assured me that the front was magnetic for all my magnets, but it is not; only the sides are magnetic. It has its quirks, but so far I like it.

This is a beautiful Refrigerator. We love all the space and the way it is lit inside. It is well laid out. We don't like the ice maker. It makes small cubes and grinds some of them up even when it is on 'cube.' It also throws them all about when you dispense!! We are still working on the lettuce in the crisper...it does not keep for as long as it did in our old refrigerator.

This unit can hold so much food. We upgraded from the typical side by side and I can't believe the storage difference in both the fridge and the freezer. We have had the refrigerator for 2 weeks and the only downfall is with the ice maker. For some reason the ice dispenses the ice in a crazy fashion and a few cubes end up on the floor. We have been in communication with Samsung and they are sending someone out.

I wasn't sure about a bottom drawer freezer but I love it! We looked at many different ones but there is plenty of room and the way the drawer is divided up items do not get buried, which was my fear. I love how many items can fit in the doors and that not only are the main shelves adjustable, one of the top ones flips up if you need space for taller items. There seems to be much more drawer space than my last fridge. I like the wide pantry drawer. Unlike my last fridge, I can open the doors and pretty much see everything. I am tossing out less forgotten foods because everything is not crammed in on top of each other. Love it!!!

Went with the intention of not spending more than $1,000 on a fridge (wanted the side by side one as the french door models with water and ice in the door were super expensive in comparison). Once in the store, the very helpful and not pushy at all sales clerk pointed us to this fridge (after I mentioned the water/ice in door issue). So it was $600 over the budget but it was exactly what we wanted. On top of that they matched the price to that of Costco (less $50). What was further appealing is that somehow they managed to make it super spacious (even with the ice in the door!) and the interior allows for easy access to all refrigerated and frozen items. I was a bit apprehensive towards the freezer in the drawer but it's so big that it's not a problem at all. So far the fridge doesn't make any loud noises (besides making ice, which is completely normal). It does have a little delay when switched from water to ice but I love it! My husband likes ice in his drinks and I don't (plus I usually fill up a drinking bottle and not a glass) so that delay let's me realize that it's in the ice mode and I can withdraw before the mess happens. Overall, we are super happy with this purchase.
