After 23 years our refrigerator was going down. After looking at all the new ones on the market, we decided on this one. Going from a side by side to this model took a little time to adjust our storing habits. Now I would not go back. As usual Best Buy gave us the best deal in town. We purchased it and the extended warranty less than a major competitor wanted for theirs by itself. I buy all of my electronics from Best Buy and have had excellent service and support with everything I have bought from them.

We looked at similar Samsung model years ago just for fun. When we needed to replace our old fridge, we investigated this Samsung again. The shelves move very quietly without sticking and the unit is more than we anticipated. Lots of space for all sized food items. This model was on sale and with the Best Buy representative answering our questions, we happily purchased it. The motor does run a bit louder than our old Kitchenaid. But we are not complaining as we love our new Samsung.

28 cu ft refrigerator has plenty space for our needs. The ice dispenser is a little slow, takes few seconds for the ice to drop into the glass. Some water drips afterwards, most likely ice residue melting. We've had this refrigerator for month no big issues. This refrigerator is much better than my 25 cu ft GE Profile model which was 11 years old.

Extremely spacious! We buy over $300 worth of groceries every week, family of 6 athletes. Even with all this food, there’s still space!!! Has awesome small spaces on the left door for small boxed foods like cream cheese or butter. The freezer is pretty awesome. 2 drawers, very easy to pull in and out. Favorite is the lower drawer in the top part, where it allows you to choose the tenpure. That’s were I keep my meats and cheeses!

I am very happy with this fridge for the most part. There is ample space in the fridge part. There is also quite a bit of space for the taller bottles. There is also space in the door for taller items. The freezer handles more items than I thought it would. We had a small freezer we were using with the old fridge and now we don’t even need it. Everything fits in the Samsung. The only drawback is that the ice dispenser spews all over the place unless you have a wide mouth on the glass or water bottle. Overall I am very pleased with this appliance!

The capacity on this fridge is good, especially the freezer. However, after a couple of days it started making a decently loud noise that sounds like something is caught in, or in front of, a fan. It goes on and off, can't find a reason for it with basic searching.

This is the second time that I have purchased this fridge (sold the house with the previous fridge). It has always worked great with lots of light and space. I purchased this one over the one from lowes because it did not have the ice maker in the bottom which allows for more freezer space.

We have had a French Door refrigerator for the past 10 years. Replaced a Maytag with this Samsung model. I had read mixed reviews, but after a month of ownership, we are very happy with our choice. Lots of room very quiet operation. Bright LED interior lights, and flexibility with the shelving. The ice maker is a bit noisy, but only when dropping new ice cubes into storage. Nice “black stainless” finish doesn’t show fingerprints. So far so good!

I had a side-by-side refrigerator prior to purchasing this refrigerator. The thing I love about this unit is the full size cold and freezer units. There are three drawers in this refrigerator, which is nice. There is a lot more freezer space than our other model had, also. I have only found two trivial negatives. There is not a place for eggs and the shelves on the side with the ice maker has very minimal use. But I can live with that!

We have had this refrigerator for about a month. So far there have been no issues and the crispers work great. The only issue we have with the unit is the ice maker is really noisy.

Only complaint is doesn’t make much ice compared to my 1999 whirlpool. Will follow up later i bought the 4 year extended plan becase of all the general complaints on reliability in all refrigerators. It was an expensive purchase and a few bucks for the warranty seemed prudent even though I generally dont buy them.

Not overly loud, left door leaves a little bit to be desired. The shelf around the ice maker on the door has little use. Large capacity makes access easy. Removing all the packaging is difficult though. Overall, a solid choice. (1 month owned)

Pretty happy with the purchase. I wanted something with less freezer space and more cold area. This one is optimal among other models i saw. Just one complaint, on third day itself, started seeing rust spots on french door. Have to clean them weekly.

I'm really happy with this refrigerator so far. I like that it doesn't smudge easily like older stainless models. It has a ton of room. I like the bottom freezer. My only complaints are that the crushed ice feature doesn't work that great. It has random sized chunks and sometimes whole cubes. The other complaint I have is that my doors aren't comepletely even. One is slightly above the other. I'm not sure why this is. Overall, I'm happy with the fridge. It looks nice, is roomy & does it's job, but for the price it should be down right perfect.

My first impression of the fridge was absolute love, as I got to know it more things changed. It's a great fridge and it has great features. However, I put it to the test to see how well foods stay fresh and it passed with excellent stars. I do love my fridge indeed.... Except I wish the ice maker ( internally) wouldn't occupy so much space . I've learned to work around it. My second wish would be for more space on the shelves ... I'm talking about swinging door that accompanies the ice maker side. The side shelves should be bigger and wider . Overall it saved me a tons of money on my light bill it's stylish and sleek, its built to last a life time , it's a Smart fridge if you ask me! ..

Tried the French doors but with the ice maker in the fridge, it did not work right. Ice melted because fridge was not cold enough. This one does a great job and we have no problem with a shortage of ice, Fridge is cold and over all great! Thanks for the great service from Best Buy!

This frig is huge. We got it installed and transferred all of the food from the old frig and barely made a dent in this beast. It keeps the food cold and the temperature seems pretty consistent. We like the deli drawer, the only drawback is that both doors need to be open to access it. The frig does make some strange noises, almost a squeaking sound from the compressor. Sounds kinda like a squirrel. There is a cut out in the top freezer drawer for an ice bucket, but apparently you cannot get one for this frig. Seems crazy, but we have called Samsung repeatedly to ask about it and there is not one available. Most of the time it's fine, we just use the ice maker bucket in the frig, but it would be nice to have the bucket that fits the cutout in the freezer.

Refrigerator seems to keep temperature very well. A couple of notes...1) water will taste like plastic for about a day, dump the ice a few times and keep running water through it, it goes away quick. 2) Adjusting the right door proved to be a challenge until I read a review that said to open all three doors and adjust...it worked. Other than that, great refrigerator and I highly recommend it.
