This fridge came with our new house and I have to say it's the worst fridge I've ever owned as far as being able to arrange shelving and easy of cleaning. The lower crisper needed a deep cleaning but I was unable to even figure out how to remove it. And bins are multi piece with overlapping edges making it hard to clean leaky residues. Not to mention the crisper drawers get jammed because of to much tolerance in the tracks so they pop out of place. Guess it will make for a nice beer fridge jn the garage.

Love the design! Disappointed with the ice maker location and bin. It is very difficult to remove the bin if you want to pull ice out for a cooler. Storage capacity of the ice is also smaller than expected. We did not get to view this prior to our purchase since they did not have this model on the floor at time of purchase.

We purchased the Samsung fridge and are totally pleased. The doors are very easy to open and close, much easier than our last frig. We also love the inside water pitched...so much easier the holding a glass to the dispenser.

Changing Filter a Nightmare !!

Have had this refrigerator for a mere two years. To change the filter, must pull out refrigerator out of the custom cabinet opening, disconnect the water, change the filter, reconnect the water, and push it back into the refrigerator opening. Must hire someone to do this each time (unable to do it myself). Donating it to Habitat for Humanity !! Spending another $2,500+ for a different brand !!

I purchased this refrigerator several years ago and have had constant problems with the ice maker. The only tech have added replace the ice maker. Still having trouble with it.
