Hi there I went with this Samsung refrigerator because I love the brand. I have purchased Samsung phones and Samsung TVs over the years. I have found them to be reliable. All my Samsung TVs have been bought at Best Buy and they are still going strong in my house. That is why I went with the fridge. I can trust trust that both Best Buy and Samsung will deliver and honor the transaction. My Samsung phones purchased through T Mobile and I have purchased several phones from the Samsung Note series. I find these phones to be of high quality and a great value, just like the TVs. Now for the delivery process I bought this at the end of 2023 for $999, and added the hook up, and removing fee of my fridge and it came out to a little over $1,200. The delivery crew was professional and was in and out in under 30 minutes. They were friendly and answered by questions about the fridge, so I thanked and tipped them when they left. Best Buy will give you a timeframe to meet them, and they arrived in the timeframe I was given, without an issue. The delivery process was great, now I can tell you about the fridge. It is a silver and sleek design. I enjoy looking at it every time I get something out of it. One side is the refrigerator and one side is the freezer. This is the 1st time I have purchased a refrigerator like this. I am usually used to the top part being the freezer, and the bottom part being the refrigerator. This means I can store more groceries in the freezer, and can have more storage for drinks in the refrigerator part. I can easily fit 30 TV dinners, frozen nuggets, pizza rolls, steamers, and there is still extra room. I am able to do this,as this model has ample shelving. The other side is full of gallons of drinks, condiment selves, dairy, and there are 2 sliding drawers which one is reserved for fruits and vegetables, and the other meats. Even with all that stored, I still have space to add more. It easily stores food for a family of 3-4 I don't usually take the time to write surveys, but when Best Buy emailed me, I decided to do it because I have been very pleased with the delivery, and quality of this refrigerator. Best Buy and Samsung are both brands I trust and have gone back and been a customer again many times over. I will continue to do business with both because I like and trust these brands. Due to everything written above I highly recommend this refrigerator

Love it!! The process from start to finish at Best Buy was a good experience. The delivery was on time and they communicated well. Refrigerator was in good condition when delivered and I Love it! Very spacious! Love how tall it is so I don’t have to bend over to look on shelves!

For the price, the refrigerator exceeds our expectations. It is a descent size and the depth is perfect for our family of 5. Fridge and freezer both have great quality temps.

Awesome fridge for my garage. It has a great capacity and looks so sleek. It actually hold more food than my current French door with middle compartment drawer. My old one does not hold tall items very well like gallon milk jugs and need to put on door, any just about any containers taller than 7 inches. This new one holds items that are tall on any shelf. Also the freezer is massive.

I like how simple it looks and how easy to setup. Very spacious and works as it should.

Let's be thorough, it does not play music, videos, games. It doesn't order groceries for you. And it doesn't pour water for you. It is a refrigerator. It's high quality, huge on the inside, makes ice, and there is not an iPad on the door to break. I love this thing. It works great, has a fantastic price, and plenty of space. I'll use the savings to buy a tablet. And dinner. For a family of 4. For a month.

Spacious and very silent, the adjusted temperature at first only took one hour to reach, very chill!

I have little with this refrigerator. I like the color of the stainless steel. I would have liked a black color but I bought it urgently and I couldn't find it and I like it. It cools very well and the freezer also works well and so far I give it a 10. There are 4 of us in the family like that. that the size and what it fits is perfect for us
