The Stainless Steel stovetop vent with 2 speed fan is beautiful, quiet, and has LED lights that are excellent. The vent was easy to install and blended in with our new Samsung stand alone stove. Both were purchased at same time and the price was much less than we thought for both.
We originally wanted to get larger unit but didn’t want to pay the higher price. This vent was way below other vents that we had priced. Great sales staff guided us to perfect models.

This was my second hood because the first one was badly dented. This second one was dented too but it was a smaller dent and not as noticeable. The service men that installed it were excellent. I do love this range hood.

This item came damaged on the left side, and the Geek Squad installer never said a word or failed to notice it. The worst part is that it takes forever to replace the part where I live.

Item works good the stainless finish doesn't really have an amazing sheen and it didn't come with any directions or hardware for all the connections

I am honestly appalled! Ordered this and it came looking like someone just beat it up with a bat! I returned it, ordered another one and either I got the exact same one or it was another one that was dented and scratched! No way am I ordering from best buy again.

Came in dented and scratched, this was my 3rd try. Hoping this one would be in better condition. Will be returning and trying a new brand. Also the logo was missing, definitely not worth the price!
