Adequate replacement for an earlier sound bar/sub woofer that we had purchased years ago. This speaker system is quite a bit better than the speakers that are built into a standard flat panel TV, but don’t expect miracles. Definitely worth the money, but if you’re looking for dedicated home theatre type performance, you may want to spend a bit more and step up a level or two. Stereo separation could be better. The dialogue can get lost at times while watching movies. It would be nice to have a little more fidelity and volume when streaming music. Again, the performance is adequate, especially considering the overall price point, but just.

Purchased a Samsung Q60 4K QLED and decided to get a sound bar! After talking with a knowledgeable associated decided on this model. Could not be more pleased. Sound quality is wonderful not sure why I didn’t buy one before.

Pretext: I purchased this as an open box item from Best Buy. I decided to get a soundbar that would be cheap but still able to sound better than my TV. I think I accomplished that, however the sound isn't as good as people make it out to be. I'm thinking it would be better if it was 5.1 channel, however this one is good enough for someone who is looking for a cheap quick solution. Especially for me who is a new home owner, no major issues. I did not have the controller included but that's the problem of the open box item. Overall, I would recommend it, if your able to get it cheaper. Otherwise, go for something that sounds better.

Setup with my Samsung tv was super easy. The base and surround speakers connected automatically. No configuration needed. The sound bar with integrated speakers sounds great.

Love this sound bar. It’s great for TV movies and sports. This is my first Samsung sound bar and sub woofer. I had two Sony sound bars before and they didn’t last long. This model is way better and I highly recommend it.

First time buying a sound bar so I didn't know what to expect. It was easy to start up and connect to all of the various devices. It makes a huge difference in the sound quality of TV shows, movies and streaming music.

This sound bar makes watching movies in my house so much better! The Sub is nice too. I havent had any issues with it at all, it makes it feel like a movie theater in my house!

We bought this soundbar for our son for Christmas as he was asking for one. He is a college student that lives with 4 other boys and he said it sounds great, is very loud and he loves the bass sound.

Samsung Reps were condescending and disrespectful. Sound from subwoofer next to zero. Bought on July 14, 2019. Called Samsung on Aug 5, 2019, 2:30 pm. Was told there was a design flaw in subwoofer and that a new one would be sent with no need to return defective one. Called on Aug 6, 2019 to check mailing date. Was told to forget what THEIR Rep stated and that I had to return defective one. Two females said same thing. We’re very condescending and treated me as being stupid. Called Marcus at Pentagon City Best Buy. He asked me to haul it back to store. Within 10 minutes he had it fixed. 1) a million kudos to Marcus 2) WHY? didn’t Samsung describe on the phone what I had to do? - or - 3) WHY? didn’t Samsung KNOW what to do? Anyway Marcus is a hero!!

This sound bar and sub from Samsung sounds good in a medium size room, I also like that I can turn the volume up and down using the Samsung tv remote And not have to have two remotes at all times.

I would say this unit is a good middle point between cost and sound quality. Lower cost units don’t sound very good and higher cost units were better, but for our budget and use this was a perfect sound bar.

Excellent sound. Only downside is that dialogues are tough to hear. And when u up the volume to hear the dialogue, the sudden sound effects are obnoxiously loud.

I purchased a new Samsung TV this Christmas and added this sound system. Could not be happier. Simple to set up and functions with the same remote as the TV. Great sound and I would recommend this to anyone.

It was easy to install and has great sound. However, it’s the only one I’ve ever owned so I don’t have anything to compare. I’ve had it a year almost and would buy again.

I purchased a sound bar to replace my home theater with 1 million wired speakers, it’s very nice not to have so many wires hanging around so five stars for that, the sound is pretty good.

Great soundbar construction with good sound for a middle level soundbar. Could use more sound adjustments however for the price it does the job while getting reasonably loud.

We were having a hard time hearing our TV clearly. Since we bought our Samsung Soundbar and subwoofer we do not have any problems understanding what is being said. We even have the volume lower. Sounds GREAT.

You definitely don’t want to get a cheap sound bar and sub set up. The sound quality from this sound bar and sub is by no means the best but it is very good quality and you will not be disappointed

So I got this for my garage and I like it a lot. Sounds good and connects to my phone easily each time. I would buy it again but Samsung is a little pricey compared to other equal in quality products.
