Great soundbar

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.works great! love that the sub is wireless. my only drawback is the different sound profiles aren't that much different from each other. gaming profile seems to be the best out of all of them. i don't have the rear speakers to really test out the surround profile.

Great entry level sound for the price

Makes everything clearer in my opinion, great buy. I use it all the time, if I’m not watching movies or tv I’m playing music with Bluetooth.

Awesome sound!

Storms, airplanes, wolves, and even pro ball players yelling, it all sounds like its in the same room.

Nice Entry Level Sound Bar

It interfaced without issue with my Samsung TV and I was even able to get it to work with a 30 year old stereo receiver/amplifier. The option for the additional wireless speakers to create a 'surround sound' environment is a nice perk as well.

Great sound! I hope it continues. I took away a start because sometimes the voices are not as clear as I wish they'd be when there is a bunch of background noise in shows.

Absolutely simply install, sleek look, AMAZING sound quality. And great ease of use, plus the ability to sync all Samsung devices to it seamlessly.

Better than 2.1 channel

I highly recommend going with a 3.1 channel for better voice clarity, and just overall better sound. Also, HDMI passthrough and use TV ARC, Pay a little more to get a lot more.

I wish it was compatible with more then Samsung tv's though, but oh well. I bought it when I still had Samsung tv so it matched. For Xmas we got a vizio and you can't link them.

Works Great at First

Other reviews stating subwoofer wasn't powerful or couldn't attain volume probably have it set up wrong. So, why a 1 star review? After about two weeks of using the product, the soundbar started dropping the video signal. I could still hear what was going on but the TV screen would go black for 3-4 seconds. This happened sporadically but recurred every 3-4 minutes. I was using a Roku as my input source. I disconnected the HDMI and the Roku from the bar and plugged straight into the TV--no problems. The bar was the issue. On another note, if you're using a Fire Stick or Roku, you're going to need an HDMI extension to connect to this bar. The HDMI input is accessible with a cord but not an inflexible item like a Roku stick. An HDMI cord is also not included with the product to connect it to your TV, so buy one of those at time of purchase as well. Outside of the bar dropping the video signal, be forewarned that Best Buy's return policy is very unforgiving. I received this product as a Christmas present in 2019. There was a delay in getting it set up due to the holidays and having to go and purchase an HDMI cable and extension to get it hooked up with my Roku. Since it worked fine at first, by the time I started experiencing problems with it, I was past the January 15th deadline for a return to the store. Their customer service wouldn't budge. On a positive note, Samsung customer service was polite and has arranged for the item to be sent back for repairs. I'll wait and see if they actually fix or replace it. Pros: Sounds great when it works Cons: one HDMI input, stopped working properly within first couple of weeks of use, doesn't come with HDMI connector in box, HDMI ports not easily accessible and you may need and extension

A definite improvement....

Good center channel clarity, musically adept but lacking the lowest of frequencies. A definite improvement over the built-in TV speakers, much better volume, the pseudo-surround function is decent too.

Great Soundbar for the price

It Helped out with the volume and sound needed for a smaller area. It does have its own adjustments for the sub woofer and the treble. It sound pretty good for the price paid

Great sound for a room with limited space.

I have a much larger unit with full Atmos but needed something smaller for one of the kids rooms. This worked really well and has quite a punch to the bass as well.

It desyncs with my TV at times which is annoying but when it works its great and turns on with my samsung tv.

Sound was flat and at times (on it's own) would somehow drop off 50%. Purchased the soundbar and found it was an easy setup. Obvious improvement. Reminds me of a movie theatre and no sound drop off thus far.

Big Sound

Watched “A Star Is Born” the other night and the music was fantastic. Easy to connect to my Samsung TV. Love that I could connect to the television with the optical and have Bluetooth available for phone.

Soundbar gets the job done

Added value to a great TV

One drawback is the difficulty in synching up the sound with the picture. Played around with the delay feature but unable to get it lined up.

Dolby Digital content may be the cause for your audio delay as this is a known issue affecting all brands.

The sound bar works well with out new TV1

I can hear much better and the subwoofer sounds good, just enough. Good price, worth the money.

Great soundbar for the price

I know this is still a mid to low end range model for a soundbar but I was happy with the quality.
