Purchased to upgrade our samsung entry level 320w soundbar and wow what a difference. Love that it has a built in center channel and the subwoofer is superior to the 320 model. Very pleased and highly recommended. Easy pairing and setup.

great bass, even at lower volumes. tried several others before this and was disappointed with all of them. this system brings out a depth of listening to your shows, music and tv. and - it's a simple plug and play, no complicated setup.

I purchased this sound bar a month ago when I discovered that they no longer made surround sound units like I previously had. This one is great because it has a speaker in the center that is just for voice so it makes it easy to hear dialog.

Still loving this surround sound. Have owned it for well over a year and the only issue ive had is wireless interfere causing issues with the sub. Switched over to hard wire and haven't had any problems since.

Setting up this system was beyond simple. I did have to actually read the instructions so it wouldn’t talk to me when I changed volume or channels, After initially connecting and setting it up, everything worked easily, even for my aged brain.

Its good when its working but I find myself having to always connect it to the tv rather then it connect automatically after initiating set up

I had a soundbar made by a different company. Switched to Samsung to match my TV. The samsung soundbar is actually smaller than my previous one and sounds better. It also works with my TV remote, so no need for 2 remotes anymore!

This Soundbar System will take your gaming or movie experience to the next level. It’s amazingly loud almost like being in a theater setting. Great system to have a blast.... I really enjoy it and would totally recommend this to everyone

I bought this open box and I’m very impressed , I later bought the wireless back speakers to go with it , sounds amazing , little hard to understand and learn but you’ll get it .

This was an impulse purchased that turned out to be a great find. It was recommended by the store clerk and has significantly improved my movie watching experience! I'm thinking about getting another for a different room in my house.

Its been doing the job well for more than a year. Sound is filling the living room with clarify. Works well with Samsung tv. Occasional connectivity issues with HDMI noticed.

I've wanted to be able to enjoy that movie theater sound when watching action movies of football games for the longest. Now, that I have the new Samsung Soundbar coupled with my Samsung TV, I've got that movie theater sound!

I purchased this to replace a cheaper sound bar that I have had for 8 years. I wanted to hear the dialogue a bit better. This sound bar did produce better dialogue clarity but was lacking in the overall sound quality and bass. I called Samsung and went through all of the settings but could not get it to sound like I wanted. Returned it for another brand and this one is much better. The Subwoofer is larger and produces great sound. I would rather not say which brand but they have been around for a long time. I am sure that Samsung makes a good sound bar but this one was just ok.

I personally have had absolutely no issues with this sound bar. My 3 stars is mostly due to the in store circumstances that led to me purchasing this item. I had specifically asked the gentleman who was helping me if the hdmi connection on this item supported 4k video. He had assured me that yes it does. But once I got it home, and hooked up I started getting messages on my tv telling me that my image had been downgraded to standard HD. So needless to say I'm angry that I was either lied to to make a sale, or Best Buys sales team isn't required to know the specs of the items they are selling.

This seemingly small set puts out big sound! It really makes watching action movies so much better! And music... Wow! I like that the speaker works with the TV remote so you don't have to keep switching remotes.

Excellent sound bar-subwoofer combo. Sound bar has clean mid to high range making it so easy to hear voices during a movie and the subwoofer thunders out the low end! Excellent product, would highly recommend it!

Integrates perfectly with my Series 6 Samsung TV and connects to Other devices flawlessly through the TV like Apple Airplay2. Great dynamic range and a big improvement over the factory TV system. Definitely recommend it.

Got this on a Black Friday deal and it is absolutely worth it. Woofer is decent and has great connection, and the compatibility with our Samsung tv has made this a worthwhile addition

Set up was easy and instruction where good. I had to go to YouTube for putting the battery in the remote The remote could have been design better as that had never been are problem before but figured it out
