Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.there is only one way to mount this bar (wall mount) due to lack of mounting points undernieth the bar. hence the Rocketfish mounts (A Bestbuy brand?) do not work for mounting the sound bar under the TV. I had to invent with L brackets.Bestbuy need to offer adapters. Second the brief manual that comes with the set differs from the full manual and I could not pair. Just over an hour with Samsung tech support and being told the sound bar was "not compatible with the brand new Samsung TV is not very helpful!

The HW-R650 Soundbar is compatible with all new Samsung TVs.

Connect it to my tv and it works!

One of the biggest reasons I went with this one was because I was so impressed with the size of the subwoofer and they guy who sold it to me told me it had allot of bass. Once everything was installed I turned it on and to my surprise I come to find out is all for show. I tried different hdmi cables to see if that would help and nothing. Took it back before the two week return policy. So if you want a soundbar with a big sub that has no bass this was made for you.

Thank you for your review of this Samsung HW-R650 Soundbar. I am very sorry that you are not completely happy with the bass performance.
There are two adjustments that can be made to maximize the potential of the included wireless subwoofer:
1) Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the subwoofer between -6 to +6 by pressing the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button
2) Adjust the bass control by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (gear icon) on the remote control, then select BASS to increase the level. You can adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
For precise audio adjustments, you can use the 7-band frequency equalizer to optimize the sound for your room acoustics.

The voice specific speaker helps a lot is hearing speech when there is a lot of background music in many programs.
