It seems to be very right side heavy on sound with no apparent way to adjust balance. Also although it is the correct model number and what not it definitely is not the same unit that was on the showroom floor

Seems that with time, the sound quality has diminished. I have to constantly increase the volume level about 14, which less than a year ago, the sound would be good at 10.
