A great speaker! The only thing is, it was working fine for the first few months, but then it starts to cut out randomly when using bluetooth, and I have to turn it off for a while to fix it. Other then that, I really like this thing. It sounds great!

Great sound and with the 3:1 ratio it allows you to watch action movies with no need to turn up the volume to hear dialogue during action scenes.

The 550 series from Samsung is an awesome soundbar/subwoofer combo. I've purchased three of these now for different rooms in my house including one for the garage which is great when working outside. Amazing bass sound and quality for a 6 1/2 sub.

Very easy to install. Works with our Samsung tv remote which is great. The only con is if you go from loud to quieter the sound distorts. You need to go all the way down and back up for a clear sound. Not a real deal breaker but a little annoying.

Overall this is an average, inexpensive sound bar. I prefer more bass, and this does not provide that. I'd suggest spending more money to get that, if it's what you're looking for in a sound bar.

Love the quality! It’s a love hate relationship with the surround sound because the speakers are behind my couches and when I’m home alone watching a show the back noises for example a baby crying it’ll come out on the speakers scaring me! Lol

Sound quality is very good. The sound bar is disappointing because it does not easily remain in sync with the television, although they are both Samsung products. The controls are not intuitive.

This unit is great when there is sound being provided by the Samsung TV unit. We were cautioned about the reliability of the connection to the rear Speaker system. There are no problems with the two units providing quality Surround sound in an area that is no more than

Decent system. I like the way it plays Amazon Music. Great sound. Tv and movies sometimes has a delay and you have to mess with settings. To try to match it up a little better. Overall when all is meshing I really like it for the price point.

Really wasn't terrible, but the bass cut out, volume wasn't impressive, and the rear speakers didn't add much quality. I would recommend for a budget, but not the best option for sub 500.

I brought this sound bar for my living room and it sounds very good. I think this is one of the better quality products that Samsung has and I’m totally satisfied with this product. I definitely would recommend this product to anyone looking for a good sound bar

Love our new 55" TV's both Samsung and TCL with ROKU and wonderful prices! The manager in our department was very helpful esp. at Christmas season when super busy. They carried out to our car and loaded in the back. Good customer service!!

I wasnt sure I wanted to get a sound bar when I bought my new tv, but they had a discount if bought together and it was on sale. I am glad I did, It looks better than my last soundbar and the sound, especially movies is a vast improvement. glad I splurged.

If you're looking for great sound quality on a budget, this is a perfect solution. Delivers deep bass and crisp dialog. Paired with Samsungs small wireless rear speakers, it makes for a very respectable surround sound experience without breaking the bank.

Pro’s: Easy to set up, user friendly Con’s: The sub woofer is almost nonexistent, have to turn it up almost to max volume for system to be loud.

Sound bar has excellent range of high's and low's. If properly placed in the room of choice, it will dazzle you with sound. Important to note that the subwoofer should be placed in a corner about 8" from wall to resonate the best low's with no distortion.

Bought this to go with new Samsung QLED TV. Set up was easy. Sound is decent but not true surround sound. Randomly pairs with phone. Still exploring features and settings to optimize.

Gets loud when you want it, but sounds good when quiet! You can control subwoofer intensity. It is bluetooth capatible so we can play music off it or it even has an aux setting. Over all, completely satisfied and regret nothing when purchasing this!!

I'm old school and grew up with stereos, amplifiers and big box speakers with 20" woofers, specialized mid-ranges and cross wired tweeters for sound.....I was quite surprised by the realistic and clean sound this sound bar system puts out...Top Notch !

Very easy to install and set up. no need to buy other brackets for the main speaker the brackets provided are more than adequate. The sub woofer is a breeze, just plug it in. It's not a top of the line sound system but more than enough.
