I had a vizio sound bar before this one and it was so much better. I am going to get it checked out but the sound isn’t as great as I thought it would be.

Thank you for your review of this Samsung Soundbar System. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing unwanted echo.
The echo you are hearing is probably either of two things:
1. The Soundbar is set to Surround mode. To confirm, press the SURROUND button on the Soundbar remote to change the setting.
Or
2. The TV speakers are outputting sound at the same time as the Soundbar. To fix this, set the TV’s speakers volume to minimum (0) or MUTE.
