    sound volume consistency is very poor, 1 has to turn it up , turn it down frequently tooo often,, does not keep volume at constant.level

    Look, Samsung products are designed to work with other Samsung products. We purchased a Sony 4K TV and the two items didn't play together.

    This SYSTEM was DELIVERED and SETUP to my 4tv . The technician attached a damage SounD SYSTEM to my television. I will not buy another Samsung again you sell damage and default merchandise to stores that do not back your products. Bestbuy holds no accountability for selling to customers your damage merchandise. I will not patronize bestbuy stores anymore.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Soundbar. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with its sound quality.

      A possible cause may be that the Soundbar is not placed with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel and the speakers will be facing outward. (Refer to product photos on BestBuy.com and zoom in on the photos) If you have incorrectly placed the soundbar with the display side down and the SAMSUNG logo perpendicular to the floor, you will experience muffled or low quality sound because the unit will be resting on the speakers.

    This product is terrible. Had bass as high as it would go to try and reduce the high treble with music, tv and movies and it wouldn't go away. You're better off with less expensive high end computer speakers. Do not buy this garbage.

    We bought one of the display units. No box, anyways they said they test them and they work. Well it didn't work at all. The entire purchase at this point was a big waste of my time. Good luck

    Sounds bad the speakers blow so easily and the controls on the bar stopped working and! it didn't come with a battery. Don't bother. buy a pulk or jbl.

    The Customer Service horrendous. The product was horrible. Each employee gave a separate set of directions. Very disappointed. Terrible service.

    No one including Samsung could get the system to do surround sound with a TV input. System returned and replaced with a BOSE.

    Simplistic setup with clean sound

    The setup was seamless paired with a 65'' 8000 Series Samsung and 2 R1 360 radiant speakers for wireless rears. The entire system runs through my wifi and provides high quality sound without being too overbearing. Outstanding product without breaking the piggy bank.

    The soundbar works wonder! After unpacking and setup, I have to check on the sound settings on TV, selected the desired soundbar speaker and I also selected surround sound on the soundbar then turned on the volume. I chose the song on YouTube. Wow, it is so loud and clear and I lowered the volume tớ desired hearing level. Please read the manual because the device requires some settings on Tv and then the soundbar.

    Bought the product as an open box. Salesperson said nothing wrong with it. Brought it home and didn't have the power cord. Went back to store to get power cord. Plugged it in and the Bluetooth lagged and skipped really bad. Took back to store where they gave me a brand new one. Plugged it in and still has issues with the Bluetooth function. This model wants to make my songs skip for some reason...I have the other (lesser) model as well and it works perfectly so maybe it is just bad luck. Anyone else have problems with Bluetooth function?

    very good soundbar! most soundbars in this price range don't have a dedicated center channel, so the fact that this does already gives it an advantage for sound bars in this price range. it's good on it's own, but if you pair it with a couple of radiant 360 r1 speakers, it makes it even better as a 5.1 surround sound system.

    I bought this item to pair with the new Samsung TV we bought at the same time. It has no where near the power it advertises on the box and sounds like mono radio sound. The subwoofer is barely audible. I tried hooking up with HDMI as the TV suggests but it only works with the DOC wire. Additionally the remote for this device does not work at all. We brought it back because originally it would not work at all. We were forced to buy yet another DOC cable ( it came with one that did not work.) After reinstalling the system I have to say it is the worst purchase ever. Best Buy should have replaced it from the beginning. Total garbage is what we got. Never a purchase again if this is the quality I can expect.

    Great speakers but absolutely HORRIBLE app! Not user friendly. Tried for about 3 hours to get it to see the speakers with no luck. The app saw my network no problem but just wouldnt recognize the speakers. Called the geek squad and they said no one there could help but if i paid them for a service call they would come to my house and get it working. I teturned it and the guy at the counter said he has had a lot of complaints about the samsung app. Its a shame that samsung makes such good speakers but has such a terrible app! For $900 the setup should be solid.

    Samsung was unable to link with swa8000

    Bought this sound bar and swa8000 wireless rear speakers. The bar and sub woofer worked ok but sound volume and quality was not much better than the Samsung tv. The rear speakers would not link to the sound bar, called cuts service and they sound swa8000 was Ng. I returned swa8000 to Best Buy and they exchanged it for a new one, they were very understanding about it. Tried to connect again and no good, called Samsung (50 min call). They gave up and said second one is no good! I am returning the whole mess tomorrow! Two nights of my life I'll never see again!
