So far this washer has been providing an excellent job. Excellent price and my wife is real happy with Samsung.

Other then the LONG wash times....very happy with the purchase. The spin cycles are so good clothes come out as if they don't need to be in the dryer hardly at all...which cuts down TONS of drying time. VERY happy with purchase...going to replace OLD dryer with its companion. Samsung is the way to go - even purchased a refrigerator AFTER this purchase...that is just as EXCELLENT!

So far we love our new washer and dryer. Has all the features and more that we need. Clothes come out clean. All cycles are quiet, first couple times we used it I kept checking to see if it was even on.

It is easy to use. Works great. Run's even better!! What more can you ask for. You can't go wrong. Best thing I ever did was to buy this washing machine.

Washer works great,uses very little water,and the great city of sioux fall is giving me $125 rebate!!! My laundery is cleaner now.

My son is a baseball player, and compared to our old top load washer, this one CLEANS his unifrom. Best of all the whole house doesn't shake during the spin cycle.

So far, no problems. I have the drier stacked on top of the washer because the air vent is in one corner and an obstacle prevents me laying both machines side-by-side. It runs quiet enough not to disturb my sleep, but if you are a light sleeper that might not work.

it is still going strong and I stuff it full of clothes on a daily basis. I like all the different settings and it seems to work well.

First with the pros. I suppose this washer cleans as good as the average washer, not great. It looks good. Now for the cons. A huge amount of vibration during the spin cycle. This didn't make sense to me because of the anti-vibration technology this washer supposedly has. I called Samsung about the problem and they sent someone out under the warranty. Apparently the drum was warped, so they sent a new one. It was also warped, so they sent another one,......it was also warped. Long story short, I went without a washer for 3 months. Samsung almost ended the warranty because the warranty expired during the time they were "trying" to repair it. If not for the Better Business Bureau, I probably would have had what amounts to garbage in my laundry room. Samsungs, policy is "DO NOT REPLACE WASHER, ONLY FIX IT". Which is fine if it is done in a timely manner and without multiple problems. Samsung sent me an email through the BBB saying they were accomodating me by doing the warranty work. Multiple days off work (about a weeks worth) , multiple trips to the laudrymat, and boxes stacked up all over my porch of damaged parts does not seem very accomodating. My washer is working again now, but with extra humming, knocking, and more vibration than before we began the repair process. Samsung now says the vibration is "normal" and excepted and the original diagnosis of the washer was wrong. Sounded like a good excuse to me, or maybe it is true. Either way it is unacceptable for a washer of this price. I would highly recomend staying away from this washer, and Samsung for that matter. By the way...I still have 5 boxes on my porch, all about washer size, of damaged parts.

Had a whirlpool top loader that gave out after 15 years, and decided it was time to upgrade to this Samsung model. I'm not seeing how this model is getting such great reviews?? The wash loads take forever. I think the shortest wash cycle is 56 minutes. I wouldn't mind the longer cycle if it actually cleaned the clothes well. In addition, it doesn't track minutes left in the cycle accurately. It will say 22 minutes left, but trust me, it will add time to it depending on what it senses. The reader will say 8 minutes left, come back in 8 and it will say 3 or 4 remaining. Or a cycle will start off at 1 hr. 22 mins, but take at least 2. Tends to over suds very easily, small plastic compartment that overfills easily. You can't select the size of load either. Can't select small, medium, large, etc. If you want to do a small, need to find items to add to it or there won't be enough weight to distribute evenly. Have had terrible service with Samsung. They don't want to honor the mfr warranty and use every last excuse to avoid coming out. However, the Best Buy and Geek squad have honored their ext warranty commitment and have been great. Sure, you'll save about $20 a month in water costs. But you'll double your time spent doing laundry, and your clothes won't get that clean. Finally, according to Geek Squad, if you want your machine to last, do not use bleach or liquid fabric softener in this model. Use 1 Tblspoon at most of detergent to avoid over sudsing. Be sure to use the shipping bolts that come with it if you ever want to move it. Buyer beware...save yourself some hassle and just a get a top loader that actually cleans.

I would have liked to have the pedestals but they were too expensive. I think they should have been on sale, as well. The washer/dryer work great. Tough to bend down to use washer and dryer.

If a machine is going to nag, it should be programmable so it can at least nag in a "tone" the user selects. Next years model upgrade?

It is a good product. So far working great but a bit slow compare to other product. Washes great and noise is low. It a good buy.

I bought the Samsun Front Loader Washer. I am not that happy with it. The water level to rinse is rediculous. I had a service person come to check it and he said thats the way it works. So, I have to use the extra rinse and spin button. It does seem to clean good.

We have had this washer for about a month now. We are very pleased with this product.

Not very impressed. This was supposed to last me at least 10 years. I bought the 5-yr. extended warranty and it leaked after about 3.5 years. The new extended warranty cost well over $450 for an additional 5 years. And so I did not buy it. And I should have because the entire drum assembly and another part broke at year #7. The average span of these washers should be at least 10-14 years. AND we got nowhere close to that life span. VERY Disappointed with SAMSUNG!

Very disappointed. We have a busy family of 4 and do not have time to babysit this washer. The normal load takes over an hour and a half to finish. Doesn't get up to full spin cycle and clothes come out wet and then we have to re-spin. We called to have it checked and the service person came out to replace the computer board. We were told this is how they are now. We put very little detergent in, but the load still takes a very long time and gets stuck in the spin cycle and takes too long to finish a load.

this is the my first time trying out samsung wash and dryer, and i love it.

We purchased this washer based on the good reviews....wish I had went with another brand.... doesent spin out after only having for 1 day takes about an hour and a half to do one load of laundry....doesnt matter the size of the load we tried them all...just doesnt spin out....called customer support they said it wasnt a technical issue and to add towels to the load...returned it to Best Buy they were more then helpful went with an LG model instead.
