This is for my corporate office to replace an aging fridge, under counter ice maker, and a bottle water service. Given all the features of this fridge and the amount of ice it puts out, I am more than pleased especially with the delivery and set-up. The guys were friendly, punctual, and through.

Great refrigerator. Very happy with it. My only complaint is that the ice maker in the door has a slight delay when you hit the button, about 2 seconds but it makes tons of ice fast with the two ice makers.

I bought this right before Thanksgiving. I just love it. The size is perfect and having the dual ice maker is a blessing. It has plenty of room and everything can be viewed by just opening the front doors. I had shopped around at several different stores before choosing to purchase it at Best Buy. The service was the Best Buy far! Not only from the gent that helped me make my choice, but also by the Geek Squad guys that delivered it. I'm now in the market for a new dishwasher and I'm heading back to my Best Buy to do so. Thank you!!

First off I will go with the goods: I really like this frig. It's really quiet. Even the ice maker. My old frig you could here the ice dropping all the way through the house. This one you can hardly hear. The crispers seem to be keeping our fruits and vegetables fresher longer. We were having a tough time with that before but now we get things ate before they go bad. There is tons of room. Sure wish we could have had this while all the kids were still at home. It would have made life so much easier. I love the lift up and slide in shelves to be able to put taller items in. Wasn't sure if I was going to like a lower freezer but I do. It's so big and I like that it has the top sliding drawer. Great for those little items that might otherwise get lost in the bigger part. Ok. My dislikes: Really don't have much to complain about this. My only real gripe is that I wish I would have gotten the one with the separate deli drawer. I don't like it in the frig because you have to open both doors all the way to be able to open that drawer. I feel that it lets all the cold air out so it has to start all over to get cold again. But getting the unit with the deli drawer separate meant cutting down the freezer space and we didn't want to give that up. That is my only gripe. I really do Love my new Samsung Frig. and hope to enjoy it for many many more years.

This is our 2nd Sumsung Refrigerator and it is quiet, efficient, roomy, has a 2nd ice tray in the freezer section, I love the large deli tray area to store large flat items, shelves the swivel up to permit tall items. Pretty darn happy so far..

I purchased this refrigerator less than 3 years ago and have been through a litany of issues with it. But the worst has been the plastic parts inside have all broken and cracked one by one. before the 2nd year was up the shelves, door bins and drawers all started getting a cracks and eventually just fell apart into pieces. I had forgotten to purchase my Geek Squad insurance on this unit (my error bc I always buy for all my purchases @ BB) and had to buy these pieces from a distributor. So far I have spent over $500 and still have not been able to get all the pieces needed to fix all the broken parts. I have included pics. Funny part is I still have the Frigidare fridge I bought at Best Buy in 1998 in the garage and it is still Perfect but I needed a large fridge in order to feed 4 big boys in the house!!

Well, I've had it now for about 3 weeks. The refrigerator is really neat when it comes to size, and the ice maker makes plenty of ice. The water tastes awesome. With that, I have no complaints. The only complaint I have is that we use the crushed ice rather than cubes. It crushes the ice fine, but it leaks. Since the top ice maker is in the refrigerator, the crushed part of the ice that doesn't fall melts and then drips out onto the surface under the dispenser. Sometimes it is a lot of water and drips down the front of the stainless refrigerator. I haven't called them about it to see if it is a defect, but I don't think there is anything to be done about it. Also, every time we get crushed ice, a little water drips into the glass first from the water that didn't leak out.

This is a great fridge. It looks good, runs quiet, and is super big inside. It fits so much stuff we can't even fill it. But that is a good thing. Don't remember the last time I had this luxury. Highly recommended.

This fridge is so nice and holds a lot of food whic I need since I have 3 growing boys (2 of them are teenagers). It is well designed and has a lot of light.

The deivery service was excellent, the purchase was easy no pressure. The unit itself has run smoothly and no problems so far. This unit has lots of space.

I have been very satisfied with this refrigerator. There is plenty of space for everything and the ice maker has easily kept up with my family of four that constantly uses ice. The doors had to be removed in order to get the refrigerator into my house but the delivery men had no problem with that and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this refrigerator!

This unit has enough space for a big family, the 2 ice makers are great and work perfectly. Holds temp. with no problem. Looks great and the best thing for us is that it takes up only 2 extra inches of room. We went from a 25 CU to this one. The interior can be adjusted to your needs. The interior lighting is also great. ,

Great to have a new refrigerator that holds so much. One of the things that sold us on this model is the shelving in the door with the water/ice maker has sufficient size to be useful. Smaller Samsung models had virtually unusable shelving in the water/ice maker door. Overall capacity of this model is amazing - all of our regular groceries fit no problem, plus plenty of room for beer, pop, etc. when we're hosting game day for our friends. The freezer set-up is very usable, far more appealing than what we saw on the LG models.

I really enjoy the ice and water in the door. The water filter makes for great tasting water. I further like the lower ice maker. The interior layout is very easy to arrange any way you like. And the led lighting is very nice.

This is a great refrigerator we love the 2 ice makers which come in handy when having guest over no need to go buy extra ice.

This refrigerator is huge and fits everything you need. The shelves and other storage can be changed to meet your needs. It looks beautiful in our kitchen and meets all of our needs. It has two ice makers but seems like they're sort of slow at producing ice. We have a large family and thought with two ice makers that we'd never have a problem but in the beginning it had a hard time keeping up. Overall it was a great purchase!

we inially bought the four drawer, that didn't work well at all everything shifted each time you open drawer. this new samsung is wonderful, so much room in fridgerator as well as freezer. Love the dual ice maker and that you can put two gallons of milk on each shelf.

Very happy with this french door. Ample space. Not as noisy as we thought it would be.

Fridge looks great and has lots of storage! Very happy with this purchase! Highly recommended!
