The Samsung 31.6 French Door Refrigerator is amazing. It has plenty of space. It's prefect to storage a lot of fruits & vegetables & more.

We are very pleased with our purchase of this refrigerator. We spend alot of time researching different manufactures and models. It is a fact that there is a greater risk for an issue whenever you have water/ice thru the door, regardless who produces the refrigerator. In the end, we decided that Samsung had the best combination of space, features and dependability history. We are still working to get one of the doors to remain in the open position when we are getting something out, but otherwise it is working as advertised.

We got this Refrigerator on sale. It is really good except for the snack drawer aka lunch meat drawer keeps coming off track. Other than that plenty of space dual icemaker works great. Overall a good buy for the money

I regularly buy Samsung products for home. Usually TVs, electronics, and appliances. It was time for a new fridge. Upgraded from a 27.8 cu ft. to this 31.6 cu ft. Yes, size does matter. The extra 4 cu ft. gives you a 2nd ice maker in the freezer and a taller and wider fridge. the shelves on the door in the fridge are deeper. I read reviews that this unit was noisy. I have not experience that. The only noise i hear is expected including the ice machine dropping ice. if you have the room, great fridge to have. Best of all, Best Buy had the best price.

This refrigerator has been a fantastic buy so far one month out. We are ecstatic about the enormous spacious storage. The fridge holds almost twice as much as our 26 cu ft old fridge. It is effective in ice production. We have a family of five and most are vegetarian so we love the extra space for veggies and bread and sauces etc. Love the temp control and the door alarm. Overall superb product!!

We were looking for the biggest fridge we could find to fit in the same location. We found the Samsung and it works perfectly. There is always ice, but the Ice Makers do not make it too fast. We do recommend delivery since the doors needed to be removed to make it through the front door. The delivery men handled it for us so it was not a big deal.

Much the same as our previous Refrigerator but more space primarily in the doors. Had to have double ice makers. Money well spent.

This is absolutely my favorite, ever! There is nothing bad about this fridge. The ice and water in the door is great and we love having the extra ice maker in the lower freezer as well. Great for parties or to fill a small ice chest without going to the store. Love the lighting and layout. Everything fits! Just make sure your doors are big enough to bring it in the house. We had to remove not only the door, but the frame as well. But totally worth it!

this is a great fridge Best Buy really worked with me. I had two other model fridges prior to this one, both with issues... yes, 3 fridges in my house in 3 weeks.. insane. this one had a leak, but it was a small o-ring on the filter cartridge, best buy took care of it quickly.

It arrived with no filter and a missing dispenser tray. We are still waiting on tray now over a month. It also arrived with broken wheels so is miserable to move...still working on that solution.

Two ice makers to keep up with demand. Turned off the ice maker in the garage fridge. Nice freezer tray, flexible shelves to handle weird shaped loads. Middle tray feature is handy. Lots of room in doors. Our side-by-side fifteen year old fridge was packed and we had lots of room after transferring everything over. Large door for over sized water bottles and glasses. Very solid feel. Noise is not too bad. If it is quiet in the house I can hear Ice drop into the lower bucket. Never made me wish it was quieter though. We love it.

I love shopping at best buy,the manager of the store was great, but the delivery guys were the worst, my fridge has some few scratches but endup with more sever damages

Bought a display model, few dents and scratches but good price and great fridge overall as spacious, well lit, dual ice maker.

We have had the Samsung refrigerator for close to two years and really like its size and features. However, we can't recommend it because the freezer drawer doesn't close tightly and frost builds up on the upper seal. We have jacked up the front to close the drawer tighter but that no longer works. We just scrape ice off the seal every day. Samsung told us to replace the seal, but there are no instructions and Best Buy doesn't sell it. Even the floor model in the store has ice on its seal.

This refrigerator/freezer is so spacious. Samsung thought of everything. There are usable nooks and crannies tucked everywhere. I was nerous about fingerprints on the stainless but it truly is resistant. The ice/water dispenser does leak water slightly when getting ice only. I highly recommend this for large families.

Bought this open box and got a great deal on the price. The fridge is a little too large for our opening but my wife wanted to keep it due to all the extra space we have in the fridge. (Its too deep and sticks out about 3-4 inches past the ideal place for it.) It holds a lot, both freezer and fridge. Looks nice as well.

I love my fridge it's huge but the drawer freezer clicks loudly when I open it. It has from day one. Seems like this is common in samsung fridges.

We are completely satisfied. There's so much space and we love the double ice makers. This fridge is the best!

Only had the unit for about a month but really like it. More than enough space and makes plenty of ice.

I purchased this as a replacement for our old fridge. We love that it has two ice makers but the top one seems to have trouble. It makes ice, but the ice is pure white and tastes like plastic. I spoke with a Samsung technician who could not resolve this problem with us changing the temperatur and restarting the ice maker and wanted to send a technician out for repair. I thought I rather replace it with a new one and contacted Best Buy who was willing to replace it. The Best Buy people have replaced the filter and we are hoping that this will take care of it. We still have a few days to check but so far it has not changed the ice. We might still end up replacing this unit with another one. I could not find anyone on the internet with the same problem but since Samsung changed the ice maker on the newer models this might be something new to all. Other than that, we love this fridge, it is huge and looks very good in the kitchen. Food stays fresher longer. Easy to organize your groceries and the light gets into every corner of this unit. We really hope the problem gets resolved because it was a big deal to bring into the house, but the guys from Best Buy did a great job.
