I'm very glad we purchased this refrigerator and got it on sale which was even better Plenty of ice . was able to shut off my other fridge And stand up freeze cause now everything fits In here cleaning the outside is a little difficult especially If you have small kids fingerprints everywhere but it is So roomy I don't mind If you like to stick magnets they don't work on front Just the sides Delivery was next day and no problem getting it in house They were great

Haven't used it yet due to new home, but i needed an affordable huge fridge for a large family. Based on previous reviews I got the Best Buy extended warranty just in case

The refrigerator is big and looks nice from the outside. For some reason the ice doesn't come out crystal clear. Maybe it will fix itself?

We have had our refrigerator for about a month. I was pleasantly surprised by the additional space available in the refrigerator, because of the French doors. While there is a slight delay in the ice dispenser (because the ice comes from the bottom deep freeze), it has been no problem for us. The "snack" drawer has been very handy, we use it for yogurt and deli items. Overall I can highly recommend this refrigerator.

This is the 2nd Samsung Refrigerator that we have bought in 3 years due to a move and we have been extremely satisfied with them. The first one did not make enough ice at times when entertaining family and friends but this 2nd one has the dual ice maker and storage tray that is is easy to get to in freezer and we are never out of ice now!

Love the amount of storage in both the fridge and freezer! My husband loves having ice and water in the door. My mom, brother, and sister all have this same fridge in their house. Also nice having additional ice in the freezer.

Bought open box unit, very happy with purchase, got a great deal. The unit performs well and is very roomy, well designed, LED lighting is a nice touch, simple to operate. Took a day or two to get temperatures running to setpoint but now runs fine. Water/ice dispenser performs well and filter access is easy. Good visibility for all compartments.

We love the fridge fits a lot of stuff esy to use the only set back is the freezer drawers can be hard to use.

I was exceedingly pleased with the people who dlivered the fridge, I couldn't imagine how they could get such a big fridge through a small door. But their professionalism was great. The fridge is wonderful. For the first time I can actually see what's in my fridge. It's an unceasing delight.

Was tired of running out of space in my refrigerator. This one has all the space you would ever need

i like how there is plenty of room inside and the ice maker is in the door instead of taking up storage space inside like the Samsung's which takes up shelf space. also like how it has an extra ice maker in the bottom freezer in case i'm in need of more ice for a party

It's only been about a month but everything is great so far. We purchased this fridge because the water line on our old one (11 yrs old) kept freezing up. Hoping we don't have the same problem with this one. So far so good. For the most part it's very quiet. Ice can be loud when it falls. Very happy with this purchase.

This unit has 2 ice makers and gives cold water. I wish the doors opened wider. Other than that I have no complaints.

We loved this refrigerator - until we finally had a new whole house water system installed - including RO w/Alkaline water. Here's our story -and NOT satisified: After installing an RO system with Alkaline Water and having it hooked up to our Samsung French Door Refrigerator - we noticed our ice cubes coming out of the top ice maker (which is dispensed through the door) were still cloudy. The ice cubes out of the bottom drawer ice maker were clear as can be. I called back the company that installed the RO system and they checked everything out. We were told to just remove the filter. In fact - the manual that we have for our refrigerator states - remove filter if you install an RO system. Problem is - the water and ice on the door stop working completely. Next step - call Samsung directly to get a Bypass Cap for our refrigerator - that must be what we need - all other refrigerators have bypass caps that you can purchase for a small fee. I was provided a phone # for J&J Parts - the parts supplier for Samsung. I called the number provided and was on hold for some time. The person who came on the line told me that Samsung stopped manufacturing the bypass cap and that they don't have one. SO why is Samsung telling me to call their parts company that doesn't have the part because they don't make them anymore. At this point - I am now slightly annoyed. I called Best Buy where I purchased the refrigerator with a five year warranty. They send out their Geek Squad to see what they can do. On the first visit - I showed them the manual where it shows that we should just remove the filter. We tried that again - system stops working - have to put the filter back in. They call Tech Support. A part was ordered. I was told to install the part. The part was a plastic piece that was to just cap off the end of the filter. Problem was - it was larger than filter. I had to cut it down so that it would fit back in the filter spot. The ice cubes appeared to get a little better. I had better water pressure out of the water dispenser. I gave it a week or two - and the ice cubes weren't clear - they still smelt funny. So I called Best Buy again. This time a different Geek Squad guy came out. He looked at the plastic piece - which had become dislodged from end cap as it wasn't made for our filter system. He called Tech Support/Customer Service - and he was told to reorder the same part. THIS time - they would come back and install it. This takes us to yesterday. First Geek Squad guy comes back out. I handed him the package that was shipped with the new part. He takes it out and looks at it - and realizes that it will not work - as I noticed the first time - it was too large (which I explained was why I had to cut it down to size). He agreed it would not work. He called Samsung and spoke to an Engineer. He was told that there isn't a bypass for this refrigerator. We would have to buy Samsung Water Filters and keep buying them - we cannot use our RO System that we just had installed. I explained how that is a problem as I need the Alkaline water - and can't have the water running through a system. AND why can't we bypass (every other refrigerator allows you to bypass). SO Samsung - why is it that your manual has directions that says - if you have an RO System - just remove the filter and it will work (but it doesn't). Why when I called Samsung - they provided me with Parts # so I can order (and pay for out of my pocket - which I was willing to do) - the bypass part. 3) Why send us a part (twice) that doesn't work. 4) Then have your "Engineer" say - it won't work. Too bad?? I would NOT have bought a refrigerator that wasn't RO compatible. It was always our intention to put in a water system. The water here in Las Vegas is horrible. Why isn't that on the label on the front door of the refrigerator? Why didn't Best Buy tell us that? Why have I had 3 visits from Geek Squad? This should be an easy fix. SERIOUSLY?? VERY FRUSTRATED AND UPSET CUSTOMER!

I bought a scratch and dent model of this fridge and I couldn't be happier.

I love it!!! It's big enough for preparing large meals and the double ice makers are great for parties.

I love this fridge! It has a ton of space and the dual ice makers are awesome!! It is bright and well laid out.

Larger than other fridges that we have owned. Space requirement can be a problem. We enjoy the LED lighting features.

This is a large capacity refrigerator-freezer that holds a lot of food in an efficient manner. The various drawers and shelves are so well placed that there is always room to fit one more item. We are a family of five and have extra space in the frig--for the first time ever. Lighting is well placed. Ice comes out slowly. Filtered water tastes as good as bottled water.
