Some many things to love. Dual ice maker means you will never run out of ice. LED lighting illuminates everything. Bottom freezer makes grabbing product easy. Deep door bins hold more than you think. The 31.6 cu. ft. gives you more than enough room. The twin cooling system keeps everything at the right temperature. The cool select pantry keeps produce, meat, and cheese at a different temperature than the rest of the refrigerator is also a nice feature.I like the separate ice and water thru the door dispenser. The flexible shelving is a great feature for those tall items. FYI... This fridge is a monster weighing in at 344 pounds. Get it delivered.

At first I was a little bothered by the storage bins in the doors, they are a strange shape and I could not imagine what would fit where. After using it for awhile, this has turned into a non-issue. There is a ton of space and everything is well lit. Having multiple produce/meat keepers is great and the extra wide shelves makes storing items much easier. PS: the delivery crew was amazing, the best delivery service I've ever had for any product/appliance!

Very nice quality and large capacity, with great drawer space. Each drawer is adjustable, and the bottom drawer is big enough for a couple of large pizza boxes. We've had great success with maintaining vegetables longer than expected, and the temperature seems to be well maintained throughout all areas of the refrigerator and freezer. The main reason we got this is for the dual ice-makers, and while we love the quantity that it can make/hold, it is very slow in producing ice with no feature to make it more quickly. It holds up very well for normal family use, but ran out during our first dinner party. The stainless steel is also hard to clean.

I have had more things break or go wrong on this fridge in 2 yrs than I have on all other units in the past 25 yrs. parts fall off, sensors don't work , ice makers fall apart and work 10% of the time. You can't get parts or service from either best buy or the manufacturer. I may as well have thrown $2500 in the garbage. NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE!!!!!

About a year ago, I purchased a top of the line LG. From the onset, I had nothing but issues. After 4 service calls, I was eligible for a trade in and decided i would not get another LG. I did research and selected the Samsung 31 CU Fridge and it is AWESOME. No problems at all. Oh yes, one other thing. The Ice Maker actually works and can keep up with my large family. Great job Samsung!

This is a great fridge if you buy a lot of fresh items. Loads of refridgerator space and easy move shelves make it great for our family. The fact that it has 2 icemakers is a plus also, my kids use alot of ice in the summer. The freezer is about the same as any french door refridgerator but I don't think you buy these refridgerators for the freezers. We have a seperate stand alone freezer so this one is only used for frozen fruit.

Our Jenn Aire died so I did a lot of research and was surprised to even find out that Samsung made refrigerators. I am sure glad they do because they got it right. Absolutely love this fridge, no looking back, no regrets.

Worth the investment. No more 'lost' containers of leftovers......no more digging-around for condiments......ever. Our old fridge was a place where good food and veggies went to die! The mere fact that we can now clearly see the contents of our fridge will translate to money in the bank over time!!!

First off, this fridge is gargantuan compared to my previous fridge, I like the force cool modes for the freezer and fridge as well, as they brought set-up time down from hours to minutes... yes, I plugged this refrigerator in and had regular temperatures in under half an hour. The left hand door has only one issue, the shelves on it wrap around the space for the icemaker and water dispenser, so you will have space you can't utilize unless you have very thin bottles. but the shelves on the right side more than make up for that.

Samsung won't publish this review on their web site, so I'll try here instead: It's a big appliance with plenty of room, but both ice makers have problems. Upper ice maker spits out 50% crushed and 50% cubed ice when you select cubed ice (mainly due to a design flaw, in this engineer's opinion). When you select cubed ice, the blades that crush ice continue to rotate while most of the ice bypasses this area. However, some ice gets crushed. We have another Samsung refrigerator at my day job with the exact same problem. Our lower ice maker is not without fault either. I just performed a test and it made a whopping 1.8 lbs of ice in 24 hours (far short of the 5+ lbs claimed). My ear hurts from calling Samsung tech support and they've been to my house three times in 10 months. While waiting for a second service call that never happened, a supervisor at extension 19603 reportedly canceled it with notes that read "it's normal for crushed ice to come out when you select cubed ice". Samsung never contacted us to cancel.....I had to call. Now the Samsung tech tells my wife "it is what it is". Support is lousy. This refrigerator is not what they claimed. And my four year old Samsung 52" LCD now has a blue vertical line down the middle. Not happy here at all with this company.

Overall I like the fridge but it does drip water and it is noisy. It hums a lot and when it makes ice, it churns and clunks.

We replaced a 3 year old fridge with this Samsung to get more space. We got it! I think that this is the largest in its class. It's well designed and thoughtfully arranged. Holds way,way more than our 26 cubic feet model but, essentially, fits in the same space.

Alot of ample space... Beautiful to look at but have had ours for just over 1 year and the back of fridge started leaking water down into the freezer drawer area! This in turn created ice build up and bottom drawer would not close! The ice maker quit working! Expensive to repair. Buyer beware!

15-month old refrigerator failed over a month ago. Samsung's repair contractor says they cannot repair unit after four failed attempts and over $400 in parts we have paid for (which supposedly will now be refunded) and son's use of four days of vacation time. No refrigeration after a month and endless delay by Samsung after many hours on the phone with them.

I can't say enough good about this unit. We replaced a super high-end fridge that gave us nothing but grief with this unit that works flawlessly. We couldn't be happier.

Love this refrigerator. It is a little expensive but it is worth evey nickel.

Large well organized space inside. The exterior get's dirty very easily. Simply touching it leaves fingerprints, even if your hands are clean. With 2 kids, it's impossible to keep cleaning it. And even cleaning it isn't easy.

Bought this refrigerator and within 10 days best buy had to replace it with another one. the "wide open pantry drawer" falls off its rails and binds up not allowing the drawer to be pulled out all the way. The four technicians that have been here to service the second unit have said it is a design defect that cant be repaired until Samsung redesigns the drawer rails. I have had the second unit 60 days and have had four service technicians out to replace parts.I have patient with Samsung trying to get this unit replaced with something different but all I continue to get is the run around. Now the ice maker is leaking and drips down the front of the fridge and on to the floor. I spent alot of money on this product and expected quality from Samsung but the service I get is the worst. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MODEL! - 323TEDBSR

Worst Refrigerator we've ever purchased. Center drawer for cheese and sandwich meat ALWAYS comes off the rails. Having to take all items out, then removing the drawer to enable getting it back on the tracks. This happens frequently.
