The frig has great features. The problem is with the upper ice maker. It crushes the ice even when set to cube. The small pieces stick in the shoot and melt, causing a puddle. We exchanged the whole frig on the recommendation of Best Buy and the new frig does the same thing.

Adam went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He is a true asset to BestBuy.

We bought LG appliances with our new kitchen and we have regret it. At the time Samsung did not have a slide electrical range. Also the handles on the Samsung are bigger and the way are kitchen is set up it would be a problem. We have had a problem with all our LG appliances. The Samsun refrigerator cools properly the way it should. The water on the door is a better set up than the LG. The stainless steal is also better than the LG, one drop of water or hand print is easier to clean on the Samsung than the LG. Again if we could change all our appliances we would buy Samsung.

Very efficient. Performance is extraordinary. Price is slightly greater than its peers.

I love how the filter is right in front to ez access. The drawers can adjust to daily needs. I can lift one side on the shelves for wine bottles and then lower it for more shelf space

This baby has so much space for the family! We struggled to find enough food to fill it for the first couple of weeks but it is a Goliath and has some pretty cool features.

Lots of usable space - well laid out. Freezer space is excellent with easy access. The fresh produce/meat drawers in the refrigerator are easy to control and do a great job of keeping things fresh longer.

Biggest refrigerator I've ever owned. Would have been too expensive if not for the Black Friday deal, but with the deal, this was easily the best value for the money.

We had a 29 cu. ft. side-by-side previously. The increased size and the more efficient French door design makes it much more useful and attractive.

From the looks to the capacity of both the refrigerator and the freezer to the lighting system, this is a great appliance.We had a lot of food for the holidays and we still had room to spare.

Not only is this refrigerator great looking with the silver on silver display but it has great capacity and organization. Buy this one!

This is the 1st fridge from Samsung and we are definitely impressed. Solid features along nice performance makes this a must buy if it fits the budget.

Worst refrigerator we have ever purchased. Don't be fooled by the looks. After the warranty was up we have had nothing but problems. The defrost doesn't work well at all. It frosts up all the time. We need to defrost about once a month or more. We are also seeing rust on screws inside the fridge. It has been a nightmare. Do not buy Samsung. They suck!!!

This fridge has all the good with none of the bad. I love how the light shows all places in the fridge. Lots of ice.

This is a warrantee replacement for another Samsung Fridge. So far no issues. I like the 2 ice makers.
