the layout of our lg 2 door frig/freezer made it difficult to find items. The ice maker took up too much room in the freezer and kept breaking. We considered buying a 3 door with bottom freezer but the drawer on those models wouldn't comfortably clear our kitchen center island. This frigid and freezer has 4 side hinged doors that all clear the island with room for us to stand in front of the unit with doors open. I was excited about the prospect of using the lower right compartment as a refrigerator for even more space, ie for my lunches and such so I would no longer need empty the frig looking for them. Bot this hasn't been necessary as there is more usable space in the top compartments. The selves are all nicely adjustable and seem to hold more items plus the wider space makes it much raiser to kicky suff around when searching. It has a very nice as finish. Me ice and I are really enjoying it. Build quality looks good but it's too soon to assess its durability. A repairman told us that most beads in this price range. Will last only 5 years or so

Huge, quiet, nice option to have a 3/4 fridge and 1/4 freezer

The refrigerator came on time as expected. The installation went smoothly. The right door was needed couple plastic shims to make it even with the left. The ice maker made a little ice powder when came out but no big deals. The compressor made a quiet noise when starts but not too distracted. Overall, it is a good purchase so far.

Wide open spaces in this appliance. Love the "your choice" component making it very easy to switch between freezer, refrigerator, and chill box.

Remarkable refrigerator. We used to have a 2nd refrigerator in the garage. The larger capacity allowed us to shut down that refrigerator and keep everything indoors. We especially like the ability to use the lower compartment as either a freezer or refrigerator and the drawers are easy to open and close.

Our friends remodeled their kitchen and bought this refrigerator about a year ago. It is the best looking refrigerator I have seen. We bought it a month ago since our old refrigerator was approaching 13 years. It also offers a flexible option of the bottom right compartment being a freezer or refrigerator. We use it to store soft drinks and water. The freezer is still large enough for all our needs. It replaced a 25 cu ft refrigerator and we couldn't be happier!

I rated it average for value under the assumption that the other refrigerators were going to be about as good as this fridge. We selected this refrigerator because of the ability to use the lower right compartment as a refrigerator instead of a freezer. This feature is useful if you like to keep snacks low for the kids, extra drinks, extra storage for parties, have a separate freezer, or all of the above. Our only gripes are: - the inability to set said lower right compartment to a specific temperature instead of a preset temperature, but I've learned to place items differently so as to avoid frosty strawberries. - the ice maker will on occasion allow come out mixed (cubed and crushed) rather than cubed.

Read all the bad reviews and take note!! Our not so old Samsung side by side (3 years old) needed a motor after 2 years then died again. I was NEVER going to buy another Samsung but when I saw this beauty marked down $1500 I loved it so much I relented. Bad choice.The freezer is well designed (love the draws) but the refrigerator has some major flaws. The door storage though expansive is difficult to reach.The interior has only 2 draws and they are not that big. The models that have the outside draw might be better option. NOTE ICE MACHINE HAS A MAJOR DESIGN FLAW!!! Many reviews noted that the ice machine is slow- THAT IS AN OVERSTATEMENT!! It is slower than slow- cubes are small and you could practically gestate an elephant waiting to fill a glass with cubes. I too said how bad could it be? Be prepared to cry! For over 30 cubic FT there really isn't that much room most likely because of the ice machine (that doesn't make any ice)! Go figure!! This may be the earliest version of this 4 door style and hopefully it will get better. Also they dinged the fridge door (and my house door outside) never said a word- I didn't see it til they left. Look at every inch!

My wife and I love this refrigerator! So much room and very customizable. Its also very quiet. We have the bottom right door setup for drinks just like a mini fridge. We do have a large freezer in the garage so having only the bottom left as a freezer is fine for us. It seems like a small space but the fridge is so deep that you have a lot more room than you think. The pull out shelves and drawers makes it very easy to separate food and make everything very easy to get to. Ice maker works great too. Only problem I had was with Bestbuy. The fridge came with a very small dent in the bottom right door. The installer said they could just replace the door or give me a 15% discount. I had first opted for the replacement door but after getting the run around for 2 weeks I ended up taking the 15% off.

this fridge is dyn-o-mite. It is cavernous inside with me being able to store numerous leftover pots & store plenty of oversized cartons in the door. It is loaded with features & I especially love the convertible zone from freezer to fridge to freezer on demand. My only complaint is if you don't use the ice dispenser regularly, the cubes get stuck & are hard to extract without crushing up. I would give it an 8.5 out of 10.

I love my new refrigerator. It is so quiet you don't even know it is on. It is so easy to see what you have in the refrigerator and to keep everything organized in the freezer. The ice maker is small but it keeps up with our usage. It is a beautiful refrigerator and because it doesn't have the handles that stick out it blends in with the cabinets. We were afraid that it was going to be to big for our kitchen, but it fits perfectly. The freezer door storage section are two small to hold large items, but I love the separate compartments in the freezer. I am able to keep everything nice and organized. I don't have to worry about items getting lost in the back of the freezer. I went to bed and bath and purchased separate plastic containers to store cheese and misc. deli items since it doesn't have a deli drawer.

This refrigerator is huge. You will never have to worry about not having enough space. It is also very quiet. It was expensive but we waited for a sale at Best Buy. I wish the ice bucket was bigger for the size of frig, seems a little small in comparison. Overall very, very happy with it.

We love the french door fridges, but disliked the single drawer. We saw this fridge, bought it, and it is awesome! Love the shelves and drawers for organizing the freezer. The top portion is spacious and allows us plenty of room for all our food. This fridge is well worth the cost! Fingerprints wipe right off with ease too!

My wife and I fell in love with the look of this refrigerator. We were in Best Buy for a new printer and literally stopped in our tracks as we passed by the display on our way to the checkout. When we learned about the convertible section which changes from a freezer to a refrigerator when ever you want, and That it was on a special sale we ordered it. I like that the water and ice dispenser does not use up any freezer space. The freezers are large and really easy to organize because of the drawers. It has been a great purchase

This is the best fridge we have had in our 70 years. I would purchase it again and recommend to all. The amenities our unlimited - change from freezer to fridge with touch of a button. Ice maker says 10lbs per day-I say 10 plus. Very rich looking in our new kitchen.

The Samsung Refrigerator is stylish and has performed well since we purchased it 3 months ago. The water dispenser has a very powerful stream and will splash the majority of the time in the dispenser area. The dispenser area will definitely highlight hard water residue. I typically use white vinegar to clean the area each day. The ice maker is quiet, but not easily accessible for dispensing a large amounts of ice at a time. Overall, it is a good refrigerator and I would recommend it if you like the contemporary look.

I like the freezer layout & everything seems to be working correctly. Its a very large Fridge & didn't realize it came in counter depth which may have been better. I changed my purchase to this unit at the last minute & read the reviews the following day which had me concerned because most of the complaints where after a year of use. I'll see what happens down the road, but everything seems good for now.

Very nice refrigerator with excellent features. The over all size is great for holding everything. The flexibility of changing the refrigerator and freezer areas is a great feature.

Bigger in my house than it was in the store. Had to remove the cabinet above the fridge to fit but I knew that in advance. Very easy to understand controls and set up was a breeze. Having the option to make one of the lower compartments extra refrigerator space instead of freezer is a nice option but not sure if I personally will ever use it. The multiple storage drawers in the freezer are great for organizing and make it easy to see what is in there.

I have searched for years for a fridge with ample fridge space. I have a stand alone freezer so I needed the cubic feet in fridge space. I read all reviews and they were great. I was blessed and able to buy a floor model for less than half of regular price. this fridge will make hosting big get togethers (30+) people so much better! For peoplewith back issues as myself the 4 door eliminates much bending over. Its vey simple to set the temps, features ect and is a handsome product to. Be sure to measure and remeasure as stated in the reviews I read. It is a huge fridge. The Best Buy Team was very professional and courteous. I will buy from them again. I would recommend this product to anyone and especially to those of use that cook and entertain.
