My wife loves the refrigerator. One of the features that she likes the best is how the bottom right compartment can be adjusted to be additional refrigerator space or freezer.

I took everything out of my old fridge and put in this New one and it was still half empty. 31 cubic feet is amazing. I really love this new one.

I've been extremely satisfied with this refrigerator so far. I wanted a french door but did not want the freezer to be a big drawer so I was happy to find this new product offered. The split door freezer helps to maintain organization and does not create a mess like a freezer drawer would do. The half sliding shelf is nice for when you have more tall items than usual but than can convert it back to a full shelf for use. Plus the design on the outside is so sleek looking. The only con is that the ice dispenser seems pretty slow to dispense and at first spits out small pieces of ice when on cube setting. Overall I would recommend this fridge to anyone and everyone. Just make sure to measure the doorways prior to delivery to ensure it will fit into your house. I had to take my doors off and door frame out in order to fit it....BUT it was WELL worth it!!

Actually love this fridge. Have used it as 3 temp box since day one and it keeps the things we like at the perfect temperature. Makes nice for chilling lettuce for wedges and makes drinks ice cold. Highly recommend this product.

I love this refrigerator, lots of space. I like the convertible freezer. You can turn the bottom right into a freezer or fridge. Don't forget to measure your door and the hallways where your passing with it.

Purchased this model because of the all the room it has! I can fit anything from regular groceries, to all my party foods, including a tiered cake. The ability to choose to have dual freezers or to turn the bottom panel into another refridgeratored side is awesome !!

This is practical refrigerator for family use, we are very happy and extremely satisfied with our selection of the model unit it is a practical refrigerator.

I love this fridge. Love the flex compartment and the drawers and shelves in the freezer. The drawers and shelves in the freezer makes it much easier to organize and find what you are looking for.

Got it when it came out and had only 2 reviews on best buy and one had negative review. I was hesitating investing this much money, but turns out good so far had no issue. And got it when it was on sell, got it for good deal. Looks excellent with my brand new House matches with other stainless steel appliance.

The refrigerateor looks wonderful from the outside. The flexibility of the lower compartment being refrigerator, freezer, or chiller is a great feature. Others have reported problems with the ice maker, but ours is trouble-free so far.

I bought this refrigerator after reading a lot of on-line reviews and YouTube Video. I love this frig and I am very pleased with all of it's options. Samsung is the BEST!!!

Got it on sale on 4th of July. Finally decided to purchase the product after 3 months of research on popular sites. Would have went for a GE but bad review on noise problems led me more to this product. Very generous space.. unique 4 door version of the french door line. Opposite bottom half can be converted to either a freezer or a fridge. Got it for more than a month now..been very satisfied so far.

Cool fridge but the size is to big for regular kitchen

After 18 months in service this exact refrigerator would no longer keep the refrigerator section cold. Service finally came out after 1 1/2 weeks without a refrigerator and in less than 5 minutes told us the refrigerator needed replaced. 5 days later Samsung finally tells us they are just going to issue a check for the price we paid for the refrigerator without tax. Samsung has the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Warning if you are purchasing a Samsung appliance be sure to purchase Best Buy's Extended Warranty and use the Geek Squad Service. Because you will wait forever for Samsung's Service to resolve your issues.

So far this is a great refrigerator. My favorite part is that half of the freezer has 4 different temperatures so it can be a deep freeze or a fridge.

I purchased it about a month and so far, I love spaces of this refrig. has. I always need more space for frozen goods and now I have enough space.
