I use as a monitor for my computer and it provides exactly what I need with the nice big screen and clean display. Sales associate was very helpful in assisting me.

This replaces a 10 year old Samsung that ended up with white spots all over. The volume has to be quite high compared to the old set. Tried going into settings and couldn't change anything.

Picture is decent, controller is horrible. Not intuitive, oddly placed buttons, pressure sensitive and skips multiple times with one button touch. I’ll probably use my roku so I can utilize a better controller, but defeats the point of buying a smart TV that was supposed to simply things.

Just a more cumbersome process than I have had to deal with. TV picture is fine but turning it on and finding the proper channel is too long a process.
