Absolutely love this tv. It pairs well with my phone for mirror screen. It works great with my laptop as a primary screen/monitor. I love the off animation and it starts up quickly. So far not crazy on the updates.

I am using this TV as a computer monitor, so all the fancy features of a smart TV I didn't care about. It works good as a monitor but grays out some of the picture settings as the TV knows that it is attached to my desktop.

    Great Smart TV

We bought this TV primarily based on size. we were looking for a TV that would fit in a cabinet with a 28.5" inside width and this TV fits perfectly with no room to spare. Picture and sound are great, setup was very easy. There are some nice canned audio and video settings, and complete detailed settings are also available. The Smart Hub features are nice, registering the device with Prime Video was easy and quick. We primarily use this with cable service. We get an initial Smart Hub menu at power on, it goes away by itself after a timeout or we can dismiss it immediately with the remote. This is fairly unobtrusive, the Smart TV doesn't demand attention like some others do. The only real negative is price, this is an expensive 32" Smart TV and you can get a much larger Samsung Q50R Smart TV for not very much more. In our case there weren't many options with a 28.5" width as a hard constraint. All in all we are very happy with this TV, it is perfect for our use and the quality is excellent.

Avoid this TV! Bloatware is pre-installed on the TV and you can't remove it, even in developer mode. It takes up 1gb of 3gb of storage and eats up the ram. And now lets focus on the ridiculous price tag. You can buy 4k 55"+ TVs for cheaper than the price tag for Q50R. I bought it only because I needed something for my office and something that wasn't to big. And now I just discovered that a 32" 4k TV is useless. The human eye cannot recognize 4k on a screen this size even with 20/20 vision. In other words there is NO POINT to buy a 4k 32" TV.

The picture quality is great and the smart TV features are really cool. It does take some time to get used to maneuvering with the remote, but overall we're happy with it. It was also extremely easy to set up, though you probably need to be a little tech savvy. The only negative is that this TV is ridiculously expensive. We have a cabinet in our living room that will hold no larger than a 32", and we don't want to put a big huge TV in that room. Our last TV for that room was a Samsung which has lasted at least 15 years and was a great TV. So we decided to go with another Samsung and this because of the high ratings and that it's 4K. But $500 for TV this size is really way too much, even if it is the latest technology. Hoping it's worth it...

This 32” tv is perfect for a bedroom. The colors are vivid. Sharp and crisp. Very easy to navigate. What a difference from my other Samsung. It’s a smart tv 4K. What more can you ask for. I love all my Samsung tvs. I bought myself the Q90 for Christmas. Omg. That tv is gorgeous. It outstanding. I highly recommend this 32” tv. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Samsung

Good Value For a 32 Inch LCD Screen

Nice feature set - offers fine free Internet TV viewing with Samsung Plus. Simple wireless Internet connection setup with solid connection rates. Good settings for control of video and sound - one sound option effectively prevents annoying commercials from blaring out louder than the TV normal setting you use. I don't care for the three quick access buttons on the the remote, below the volume and channel controls, for netflix/prime/hulu. Those buttons could have served a better use. The best features on the remote are voice control of channels, input sources, and full control of my Spectrum Explorer cable box. One thing to remember - older HDMI cables will not allow the higher resolutions this new Samsung QLED requires and is capable of. I had to purchase new ULTRA spec HDMI cables for best compatibility with the HDMI ports. My HDMI connected Windows 10 media computer's video and audio would sporadically drop out from an accepted resolution until I installed the new later spec ULTRA HDMI cables. Oh, and there is also a component input for audio and video. I'm satisfied with this purchase, but would have preferred buying a larger QLED model - if a larger one would have fit the old TV cabinet in my den. I have larger 4K resolution Samsung TVs in other rooms. Being this is a 32 inch set, you really can't appreciate the higher screen resolution (this 4K TV monitor offers) like you can on a larger screen 4K TV monitor.

This TV/Monitor is excellent if you do some adjustments, or you will not get the best from this TV and may even be disappointing with the picture quality. First, this unit comes with "ECO" setting by default. Immediately defeat this feature as it limits the light output level. Then you must change GAMMA to the industry standard value of 2.2... Most importantly, you must change the BLACK LEVEL to LOW. Otherwise, the black level is way to high even in auto setting. Set the picture mode to MOVIE and color temperature/color tone to WARM 2. Disable CONTRAST ENHANCER as well. Then if you have the time, check out RTINGS.COM and adjust the grey scale point by point according to their lab tests. After you do all that, this TV really, really POPS! Color, contrast, black level, shadow details, resolution are all top notch! Again, it comes with preset settings that made it look pretty bad. Adjusting the picture correctly turned it into a totally different TV! have no idea why Samsung enabled ECHO, GAMMA, and BLACK LEVEL the way they did. It made an excellent TV look so washed out when you just got it home...

My other Older Samsung, I could delete TV channels I didn't want to see, that were coming in over my digital cable antenna. With this unit, I haven't figured that out yet. I've now downloaded the manual and I will see if I can find a solution. The Remote doesn't have any backlight buttons. Wish there we some additional buttons, to make navigation better. If you have a long password for your internet, this is going to take time. Can't delete some of the pre-loaded Channels. Some networks I don't want to see on the home screen. You can move them, again this is button push sensitive and a lot of it. TV itself is easy to set up., just take care lifting it. For this size I was able to do it on my own. If you get a larger one, you should get someone to assist. If you have children, move this out of reach. Glass front is noted as being fragile. I have this paired up with Sonos Beam, sub and back speakers, so sound quality is great. Image is fine, firmware update happened on its own. No screen saver with this one as far as I know. When I use Amazon fire stick, it cycles through images if I pause a show. Overall, this TV is a learning curve. The Remote is okay. Also my Samsung Note 10 with the Samsung App won't control the TV, so that is a Big minus. For the price, and dealing with trying to get this set up so its set up for what I want to see. Not very happy. This was the only 4K TV I could find at this size, so on that note, I'm glad they made it in this size. I couldn't go any larger.

    A Great 32" 4K TV for Gaming

Just recently purchased this for my PS5 and I love it. This is a great replacement for my last tv which was also a 32 inch TV from Samsung but was not 4K. This is one of the best 4K displays I've seen and it's truly remarkable how fantastic the picture quality is for a TV this small. You can't find anything this small that's better than this. Although it's a little bit pricy for my likings, it's definitely worth the money to spend on for this amazing TV especially for gaming. Sound quality is also remarkable as well and volume is great. The TV can be heard even if your located in a different room. Colors pop out and menus are very responsive. Despite it being only 60 Hz the TV is still great for gaming at 4K 60 fps with very little latency. Gameplay feels very smooth and game inputs are incredibly responsive. The TV does not support HDMI 2.1 but it does have 2 HDMI 2.0 ports and 1 HDMI Arch port. You can still play the PS5 on the TV but just won't have all the features such as 120 Hz and Variable Refresh Rate that come with HDMI 2.1. The extra ports are great especially if you have more than one console or devices that can connect to the TV via HDMI. The remote isn't the best and is very basic but it's not as big and cluttered as most TV remotes of this quality. The UI is also lackluster and bland but it's not the worst either. Overall, this is one the best 4K TVs money can buy. Samsung has delivered a QLED TV that is not only high quality but also valuable to consumers who are unable to fit a much larger TV into the entertainment systems.

Great picture. Colors are sharp and the transitions have no lag. Really excited. It's also been nice that the Xfinity app is available (said in beta) however works just like I was on my PC. Solid investment and easy to set up. Remote could be more "friendly" to navigate.
