Like it. Difficult to negotiate the remote. Need better instructions.

My first smart 4K QLED tv. A bit confusing in setting up at first esp that I’m not a tech savvy but I figured out eventually. The picture sharpness is perfect. It’s easy to hooked up my cable box but I’m having difficulty hooking up my home theatre (until now)! But I love this!

This television works well with a cable/satellite box. It also allows watchers to download network apps to watch exclusive content. The Samsung TV Plus included on this television is great for watchers who want to watch specific content. Overall, this television is great for everyone.

Bought this as a monitor for my MacBook. What a great inexpensive visual aid. Really adds to my productivity in a work from home environment. The speakers are even great. Excellent color saturation. I even like the remote which is an upgraded style bee to me.

Great Picture but, For some reason, it keeps dropping the HDMI connections. I had to keep unplugging and replugging in the HDMI connections for the TV to recognize the input source.

Screen is great -- very sharp and clear. The remote is also intuitive and easy to use. It has a couple issues with YouTubeTV that the other TVs in our house don't have such as cutting out for 3-4 seconds and getting out of sync when you turn it off. Overall it's a nice little TV that fits where we needed it to.

Not sure what I was thinking but 4K resolution on any screen smaller than 55" or more requires the use of the Hubble Telescope to view anything. Probably the worst part was the forced Advertising this TV forces down your throat. Samsung has a great History for awesome items but this one is just an EPIC FAIL; of course in my own humble opinion. My intent was to use it as a second monitor so that both would be 4K displays and I am here to say you do NOT want to attempt 4K on anything that is more than 6 inches away from your nose or good luck trying to make out what you're looking at. Samsung has sold out to Advertising and every chance they get they are always forcing some AD down your throat, and I do mean it makes for a very difficult time trying to use this TV for anything. The Menus are just horrible and the Remote is a Joke; not even a funny joke at that. The Remote is so delicate I'm surprised it lasted the day. The buttons are just too dainty and every press feels as if you will push said button through the remote. The feel of the remote was very cheap. The 4K display was Amazing hence the reason for 1 star. Minus 1 star for Remote and minus 30 stars for forced advertising and Plus 29 Stars for the display and overall this TV is just not worth it.

Great size for use in my kitchen. Picture and sound qaulity are great.

The remote is not user-friendly. It is impossible to see and read the keys in low light. Set up is also not user-friendly. The print on the screen is so small that you have to be within a few feet of the TV. For this alone I would not recommend this TV.

excellent value purchase for our bedroom color contrast is very good even for my old eyes setup can take sometime while you wind through the occasionally vague steps Even at 67yrs I did figure it out

Great tv. Better if it had a center stand. Very good picture.

This 32" Samsung Q50R Smart TV is fantastic. It replaced a "not smart" 26" model and has exceeded expectations in every area. We are very happy with it. The remote is so advanced in design and easy to master. Highest marks!

Big fan of LG and Samsung. This was the only 32" TV I could find that fits in our bedroom dresser. Everything else was a tad too wide. The thin Bezel helps to fit perfectly. Just was a tad more than I wanted to pay, but didnt have much choice for fit

the tv itself is great i am very pleased with it. however the remote is so small that i cant press the ok button without touching one of the vertical or horizontal buttons at the same time unless i use the eraser end of a pencil why is this remote so tiny? Arthur

This is a nice interface when it comes to smart tv's but, the picture quality and brightness is definitely lacking. I wish it were brighter, and you had more options when it comes to adjusting the picture/display preferences. I mean, I bought two of these is different sizes, and everything I watch seems either too dark or too bright. I am using all the differing settings when it comes to picture mode, coolness, warmness, even the whole eco' setting that adjusts the brightness. Nothing seems to work. I previously had a 55" Samsung LED 1080p 240HZ CMR Smart HD TV WiFi that I purchased back in 2013. One of the best tv's by Samsung; I still have it, and still watch it over these two new ones. What was the point of this purchase?

love Samsung TVs very easy to setup and really good picture quality.
