Not Worth the Money!

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There are very few 32” TV’s on the market so we purchased this QLED Samsung for our older size restricted entertainment center. For the money we paid, I thought we would be getting a crisp and clear picture on this TV, but I was wrong. Our 11 year old Vizio 24” bedroom TV has a much clearer picture and sound quality. The picture is too dark and there is no way to change the settings to make a difference in the picture quality. In addition, there was no manual included with this TV. The remote is half the size of standard remotes. If you have the option of purchasing a little bigger TV for your bedroom and think you need to settle for a 32”, I would suggest you take a look at the Sony X80J 43”. This TV will fit on a bureau and smaller stands. We absolutely love it, and will continue to purchase only Sony in the future!

Set up not easy!

I had done a lot by myself already!! Told me to call the manufacturer and the MANUFACTURER TOLD ME TO CALL THEIR SERVICE AGENT HERE. THEY COULD NOT HELP ME AND SAID TO RETURN THE TV AS THEY DO NOT COME OUT AND SERVICE THIS! THANK GOD FOR COX CABLE!!!
