    I’ve had ghosting/smearing issues ever since I bought this product. I went to Best Buy to return it because I was tired of this TV being an eye sore and I was essentially refused a return despite the obvious defect and having purchased a 2 year Geek Squad warranty (I had to point out multiple times that I had purchased the warranty because the employee was having difficulties) I was then asked to sit and wait in store for 30 minutes, just to be told that they can send the product off for a repair which can take between 1-4 weeks, and that’s what really annoyed me. Why would I buy a warranty through Best Buy just to send a product in for repair when the included manufacturer warranty already covers that with no added cost? And second, why would I send a TV in for repair for an issue that’s essentially non-fixable? Like.. are you going to give me a different TV? These particular models have known ghosting/smearing issues, a simple web search will reveal that truth. Obviously, I wish I would’ve known that before making the purchase, but these kind of things aren’t always easy to find, hindsight is 20/20, but that’s why I bought the Geek Squad warranty! Which apparently is useless unless the TV literally explodes in my face.. But yeah, rant over, I will never buy another Geek Squad warranty from Best Buy again, and whether or not I spend money at their store again is still up in the air. As for the TV, I will NOT be buying another Samsung TV until they figure out their motion handling issues that they so clearly have. Thank goodness for websites like Rtings and their in-depth reviews that go over things like motion handling, whom I recently discovered! Wish I would’ve known about their website before I purchased this terrible product. Now I’m stuck with a black smudge of a TV whenever a dark scene wants to come on. Pray for my eyeballs everybody.
