Just an average TV

Even the 8k is not impressive if you see it on cable and not a demo at the store. The picture on this one is average and the sound quality is ok. TVs series are in levels in every brand. Look at the same level and buy at cheaper price you arent getting more by buying Samsung anymore. I returned this one.

Functionality Issues

For example: 1. It took a lot of time and effort to finally find a way to add MUBI and other apps not already pre-loaded. However, it still will not allow it to be added to the home apps so I must search for it every time. There is no help in the email. 2. My Sony wearable headphones do not work with this Smart TV, the digital out function can not be set in the necessary way. The e-manual is silent about all of these issues as far as I can tell. 3. These difficulties stand in sharp contrast to my experience with our other new Smart TV the Samsung 32" N5300: It was easy to figure out using the e-manual how to add apps and to actually add them and manage them, AND, it was easy to follow the manual and on-screen prompts to change the settings of the optical output so the Sony wearables would work perfectly.

Nice TV but picture a little dark

Software was nice including the ability to view my Apple content without having to use an Apple TV. Would have kept if I was able to get a brighter picture and get proper color adjustment.

Won’t stay connected

This one was for my bedroom and sits within 6 inches of my router. For some reason this one won’t stay connected while the other one on the opposite side of the house has no problem. I wouldn’t buy again.
